ECrownOfFire Town Warlock None Dragged to hell
You awaken to the sound of grinding rock and splintering wood. Horrified, you look down to see a glowing fissure opening up underneath your bed. You can do nothing more than hold on to the frame and scream as the bed topples down into the endless fires below.
A grinning Devil greets you at the bottom. “Welcome to Hell!”

JoshuaFH Town Priest Converted
You kneel before statuettes of your gods. You pray for the town. For the souls of those who are sacrificing themselves so that the town can be saved. You pray for an end to this terror.
“It is not them that you should kneel before, but me.” says a velvet voice behind you. Startled, you jump and whirl around. Standing there is a dark figure, eyes glowing a soft yellow in the darkness.
“Fiend! I shall never worship you! My faith is too strong. Test it as you will, but I shall never serve your dark purpose!”
“Oh?” He smiles, and lock gazes with you. “We shall see about that.”
Try as you might, you cannot look away from those two eyes. You can feel his will pressing into yours. You resist, thinking about the gods, about faith. But other things creep in. The pretty girl in the market who’s face torments your dreams at night. Emotions flow through you. Visions of temptations explode in your mind. You shiver as the figure steps forward.
You still cannot tear your eyes away. Your very body trembles with the effort, but it is no use. You groan with effort and fear as he moves next to you.
There is a sharp pain, and then the world explodes in red. Waves of power rush over you. The red flows across your vision.
And then, everything goes dark for a moment. You feel a cold fire burning within your heart. It is harsh, and powerful. And it gives you joy.
You stagger a bit as he steps away from you.
How could you have dreamed of resisting? The being...he is right! You should be worshipping him![/b] “I...should not have doubted you, master.” You kneel before him. “What would you have me do?”
“There is a chance that I shall be gone in the morning. If that should happen, you must carry on. This town will fall, and Vampires shall rule it! That is destiny, and it is your duty to make it reality.”
“Yes master.”
“Now, sleep. You shall need your strength for the coming day.”
Find still half-clouded you stagger off to bed. Visions of blue fire haunt your dreams.
(You have been dominated by the Vampire Lord Bdthemag. You are now part of the Vampire Faction, and have access to the

Bdthemag Vampire Vampire Lord Convert JoshuaFH Converts, Dragged to Hell
This could be the last night of your plans. It’ll be a bit hard to rule over this town if that cursed Devil gets his way. But...perhaps you can salvage a victory of sorts. If you can pass on a bit of your power to the convert then at least
a Vampire could perhaps gain control of the town.
Regardless of whatever else happens, you need more converts. They keep getting themselves killed off.
You head off through the night and seek out Joshua. His house is easy enough to find, and you slip inside.
He is kneeling before a few statuettes of the gods, his head bowed in prayer.
“It is not them that you should kneel before, but me.” You say, enjoying the startled jump he makes as he whirls around.
“Fiend! I shall never worship you! My faith is too strong. Test it as you will, but I shall never serve your dark purpose!”
“Oh?” You smile, and lock gazes with him. “We shall see about that.”
His will struggles against yours, but despite his resolve he is still just human. A weak creature with a weak mind, easily swayed by emotion and desire. You step forward.
Shaking, his very body trying in vain to resist you, he groans as you move closer. Your fangs sink deep into him, and you establish the blood bond. But this time, you go a step further. You deepen the connection, and send a bit of your essence into him.
When you step back, he staggers a bit. His eyes flash red for a moment before returning to their normal color.
“I...should not have doubted you, master.” He kneels before you.
You exit his house and make your way back to your house. But as you travel along the street you feel the road crumble beneath you. You leap into the air, magic burning through you as you keep yourself aloft as the splitting rocks fall away. Soon you find yourself floating over a great burning pit, a thousand arms reaching up to you. Snarling you launch yourself upwards.
The heavy flapping of wings rips the air behind you.
Looking back you can see three winged Fiends following you. Trails of smoke fill thier wake, and their fire lights up the sky.
The catch up to you above the rooftops. Cursing with rage you hurl bolts of cold blue fire into them. They hiss and circle around you, the stench of sulfur swirling on the wind.
You leap at one of them, the cold fire burning along your hand. Surprised by the speed of your attack its dodge is too late, and your fist slams into it. Bone shatters under the blow and blue flames erupt across the body of the fiend. Screaming, it rakes a clawed hand across you. You are staggered by the pain as blood flows down your shirt, but with a clench of your fist you tighten your magic around it. Screaming in fear and pain the creature collapses into ash.
And in that moment the other two strike. One grabs hold of your arms while the other grasps your legs. And with a horrid screech they drag you down.
You struggle, and cold fire burns across you, but it is not enough. Soon the night sky is but a circle in the sky above you. Soon even that closes, and you are dragged down to an eternity of fire and darkness.
As the Fiends drag you before their master you hear a familiar voice behind you.
“Welcome to Hell!”

Leafsnail Other Devil Offer to Max White Accepted, Wins!
You find Max White sitting in his study, eating a light meal. You crack open the window a blow the candles in the room out before slipping in.
"So, Fortune Teller, shall we make our deal?" you whisper
"I was wondering if you'd actually show up." comes the somewhat nervous reply.
"Yes, and I am prepared to hold up my end of the deal. I will give you a surge of power to use when you need it. I can let you kill, or save. You could stop someone else, or learn about them. I could even sow confusion and misdirection amongst your foes, if you so desire. Choose one, and the power is yours to use as soon as you like. For the cost of your Soul, of course."
You pause a moment to let him think.
"So, will you take the deal?"
“Of course! Even if it costs me my soul, I will do what must be done to save the town!”
“Excellent!” You think you cackled there. Did you cackle? That was probably a cackle. You press on. “What power do you want? Kill, right?” Oh, it’s so hard to contain your excitement! Even knowing what’s going to happen these fools play right into your hands!!
“Yes!” he says, firmly.
“Done!” You eyes light up with power and joy as you channel the infernal energy into him.
He taps into immediately, his eyes glowing with the same orange glow as he plans on who to kill. He doesn’t even seem to be aware of the physical changes that are coming over him. The freakish brute that walks out the door doesn’t even look much like Max anymore, you muse.
Ah, well.
“See you in hell!” you whisper to yourself.
With three souls bagged you return to the Infernal realm. Pleased with your work, the Overlord orders some imps to go collect the souls. By morning, all three shall be enjoying their new eternal “home”.
You wonder if you’ll get a promotion out of this? Might be too much to hope for, though.

Mysteriousbluepuppet Other Guardian Angel - Town Protect from Conversion Leaves in defeat
Once again you send your spirit aloft to weave charms of protection about your Ward. Once that is complete you settle back down into your body. Little else you can do but wait and see what happens.
As midnight approaches a great sorrow comes over you. IronyOwl, your ward, has been slain. You feel the pain of his death deep within you.
You bow your head, in shame and greif. You have failed, and who knows what sorrow will come to the world without him in it? You do not know. But, now, all you can do is collect his soul and return to the heavens.
Your spirit once again leaves your body, but this time you will not be returning. The body crumbles into dust. You slip between worlds and enter the void, seeking the soul of IronyOwl.
You find him floating in the darkness, alone and afraid. You reach a hand out to him, and he looks upon you with wonder for a few moments before eagerly grasping your hand. You pull him upwards to the heavens. You may have failed to keep him alive, but at least his soul was not damned like so many others in this town.

Max White Town Fortune Teller "Accepts, Kill IronyOwl" Kills, Dragged to hell
You sit in your study, eating a light dinner and wondering if this 'Devil' is actually going to follow through with his offer.
The candle next to you flickers and goes out.
"So, Fortune Teller, shall we make our deal?" whispers a voice in the darkness.
"I was wondering if you'd actually show up." You reply, trying to figure out where the creature is.
There is a pause.
"So, will you take the deal?"
“Of course! Even if it costs me my soul, I will do what must be done to save the town!”
“Excellent!” cackles the Devil. “What power do you want? Kill, right?”
“Yes!” you say firmly.
“Done!” As he says this you see his eyes light up, a smoldering orange glow in the darkness. Power flows through you. So...much...power. So...primal. Nothing like the cards. No...so much more.
You feel alive.
Now...who to kill. Irony Owl. Yes...that’s the one.
Forgetting about the Devil you make your way out the door.
-----
Irony’s house is dark. He must be asleep already. Not that is matters. You walk up to the door and just rip it off its hinges. So easy! This is great!
“Whoever you are, get out!” shouts a voice from the other room.
“No chance of that!” you shout back. “You’re going to die tonight, Irony!”
You walk into the bedroom, where you find Irony wielding a broomstick.
“What...what are you doing here? Why would you kill me?” He looks terrified. He should be, you suppose.
“It’s for the good of the town.” Before he can react you step forward and punch him in the chest. His ribs shatter and blood sprays over you. He staggers backwards, his eyes glazing over in shock, and crumples to the ground.
The power drains out of you. You feel...weak. Empty.
Staggering, you head out of the house.
As you step off out of the doorway a pit appears in front of you. Caught off balance you fall in, screaming.
You fall for a very long time. Eventually you hit the bottom. You feel sore, and bruised all over. There is a crunching sound, and a pair of cloven hooves comes into view. Looking up you see a grinning Devil staring down at you.
“Welcome to Hell!”

IronyOwl Town Coven Witch Dies
You are awakened by the squealing of metal and the splintering of wood. Terrified, you jump out of bed.
“Whoever you are, get out!” you shout as you look around for a weapon. Nothing in here but a broom. That’ll have to do, you suppose.
“No chance of that!” growls an inhuman voice “You’re going to die tonight, Irony!”
A strange hulking figure lumbers into the room. It’s eyes glow with an eerie orange light.
“What...what are you doing here? Why would you kill me?” You stammer.
What on earth is that?!“It’s for the good of the town.” growls the abomination. Before you can react it steps forward and slams a gigantic hand into your chest. You feel ribs shatter, and you stagger backwards.
Can’t...breath.You collapse to the ground, and darkness consumes you.
You find yourself floating in darkness. After a short while a soft golden light approaches you. Within the light you see a heavenly figure, who holds out a hand. Eagerly you grasp it, and the being pulls you upwards out of the darkness and out into a field of white light.
Peace fills your being. You are where you belong.
