I didn't have any problems with that. Check if you have time in top right corner of unit in transport list. If its there it means its not idle despite it says so. Just wait for it to end and then press clear (you will have to double click transport again because game do not update windows). However using trading is still easier and faster way to transport large amounts of minerals :) .
Is anyone able to safely use alt-tab in fullscreen? When i get back to game window it stays black (Windows 7 64bit).

Same platform here.
I've sometimes managed to repair it by hitting Ctrl-Alt-Del and pressing cancel, but most of the times it does nothing.
It does display an error about being unable to initialize some shaders or something, after a while.

So now I've just set the windowed to the same size as my screen size.

are the serverfiles for this publicly avaliable? I'd very much like to play, and it would be nice if I could do it singleplayer until the server moves again.

google up beyond protocol sourceforge and you should find a link pretty fast, you will need to download erach and every file in the SVN so get toirtoise SVN or something like that, then grab up Visual Studio express because you will need and dont forget to look up the forum their for more information, took me 5 day to get it running on my computer so unless you know about programing and general computer knowledge it may be hard, and dont even think about sending troubleshooting question here please.

Im taking a new batch of account for the weekend, most if not all previous player already stopped playing wich mean i have some slots for new account. So hurry up!

In a few i will write a small method that will allow a who like command and also a login logoff event handler that will say Player X has logged in, Player Y logged off.

I cannot do anything yet as i have the server on my machine but as soon its out i will start working to improve the server in multiple ways just need to hang tight, also come hang on IRC thats where the most active user are. Or just ask in game in case somebody is logged.

I'm putting bids in on mines, but I'm not getting anything. It says '0 production affected by moral'.

E: Aparrantly my planets populations are rioting because there are too many colonies.

Also, I'm on Alway and Eagle_eyes planet.

Can you play with other players so chances are one of you will be on at a given time to repulse attacks?

Thats one of the best mmo mechanics out there - aliases. You dont even need to give out your password, just create an alias for him and define his rights (there is a lot of them, but after a while you wish some more exist). However there is only a little ppl on server for now (jocan's pc limitations - we have to wait for dedicated server) and wars are almost non-existant.

I'm putting bids in on mines, but I'm not getting anything. It says '0 production affected by moral'.
Have you checked if your colony has any empty cargo space?

This looks pretty cool. I think I'll give it a try. Might be busy the next few days but if it's fun I'll be playing it.

EDIT: Checked out the screenshots, they look like a really cool game. It sort of reminds me of Aurora, which is always a good sign.

Well if there is too many player on the same planet all production stops thjis include mining, if you are stranded, self-destruct.

So I self destructed after going live, and found myself with one problem: I have no idea where the "temporary" engineer is, and no clue how in the heck I am suppose to locate it. Or do I have to spawn it somehow? I am confused...... and nooby.
