And Just as a note. Isaac DID win. Without any GM fudging. Even in all that chaos.
Also, you should know thatkid, our group has won both of the prior two challenges as well. It's sort of tradition for the PC's to be given that advantage, even if they didn't need it this time around. Hope you are just tired, and not too pissed with things.
I'll take your word for this, but from my perspective we skipped a round where Lily inexplicably jumped ahead to first place. Then Mex's voltage was rolled twice in Lily's favor.
If I'm pissed about anything, it's the fact that any time we're presented with any sort of challenge we're bailed out of it. The retcon of the pokeblocks and the "You should focus on Mex this round!" comment being the prime example from last night, with Rock's killing of the Snorunt being an example from my first session with you guys.
I fully expect that should anyone challenge us to a battle, or should we challenge anyone, we'll be forced to decline somehow.
I'm also more than a little annoyed that Dwarmin is pissed that I ended up taking part in the challenge when I stated both OOC
and IN CHARACTER that I was only going to take part in the contest if nobody else was going to do it. I only took part in the battle because I joined a pokemon game with the expectation of taking part in pokemon battles, and I was going to be damned if I went another session just sitting there watching people do stuff.
I am pissed that you bailed out after the first round, essentially forcing me to take part in something that I couldn't have cared less about IC or OOC.
The RP is fun but as soon as we begin to do anything it's just...I don't know. I'm debating whether or not I even want to continue with this. In any case you shouldn't expect me to be available for a friday session; I'm usually busy on Friday nights anyways.
