What do those cloud symbols mean?

Yeah what do they mean. like when you are traveling and the bar at the top turns into different things. Also i use mayday graphics pack.

not familiar with that pack, but, In my experience, the bar at the top of the travel screen shows the current time and Weather,(*)for the sun, and ( ) 0 for the moon. the color of the bar itself, shows current cloud cover. at least as far as I know.

Pretty much what was said above.
When you're under cloud, the bar takes on the appearance of mist, and the sun looks like the moon.
