Small Lake in 10.04, at the corner of 9.04 and 10.05 (1)
Small River from 11.03, falling down a waterfall in it, and runs into the lake at 10.04 (2)
Medium River from 05.02 to 04.03 into 04.04 (3)
Canal through from 09.07 through 10.07 to 11.07 (3), citing the Pyrodesu rule.

I'm going to veto that Canal, Pyro's canal worked because it was beach and barely above sea level, you want me to cut through a fully raised landmass. You may keep your points, or do something else with them. For now, Rivers need to keep to the elevation rules. Later, you may cut canals through land like this, once there are peoples there to use tools to do so, IE: the Panama Canal.

Don't expect a bonsai tree to grow the miniature planting it.
Trust your calculator. It's something to count on.
Pencils could be made with erasers at both ends, but what would be the point?

The PyroDesu rule?

I believe he meant me allowing you to put a canal through those beaches without any sort of elevation change. A river needs a way to flow, and a true 'canal' isn't natural.

River from the lake on 4.17, through 3.17, coming to the ocean next to 4.18

Small lake in the upper left of 1.16

Small lake in the upper right center of 1.18

Same-sized lakes as on 6.16 on 7.16 and 6.17, similarly nestled against each other's borders. They should form a very water-heavy area, but not be merged into one lake or completely cut anything off in the middle.

The kitchenette mold free, you move on to the pantry. it's nasty in there. The bacon is grazing on the lettuce. The ham is having an illicit affair with the prime rib, The potatoes see all, know all. Going through a beach like that actually makes sense for us to be able to do!

That it does, but he wanted to do the same thing with normal land. Hence my veto.

Why he expected you to let him do that makes to sense to me whatsoever.

Do you like how I made a delta with my rivers? That area is going to be reserved for my people's farming and trading due to the river connections and proximity to the canal that goes through the wall.

Also, the beach will make an excellent place for defenses. Bunkers, in all likelihood.

Had some other errors on prices of things. Remember that rivers cost 1 point per land hex it goes through, lakes are 1pp for small, 2pp for medium, 3pp for large, and default to medium if you do not say. And Waterfalls and Rapids cost 10pp and REQUIRE a river already placed.

also, don't forget you can still raise or lower terrain, it's only 2pp, per <-> on the terrain change chart. As well as the major tectonic events, expect a plate collapse next turn, that's what I've been saving for. Not going to say where however, ];-)
