It's the memory requirements. You can disable the Windows Aero Desktop to get some of that memory back.

The memory requirements of what? Tropico? And whats Aero desktop? I've had computers with less memory run tropico 3 fine.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

O.....I'm pretty sure I have enough memory to install tropico 30 more times, I was thinking more along the lines of a memory leak. How can I check all my memory limits?

You have enough hard drive space to install it, not memory. ::) if you installed something in memory it would vanish as soon as you turned it off.

The cup holder uses memory, so make sure you don't have a drink while you play. Also, you might need to install more memory. You can buy generic Computer Memory from any electronics store, and then either insert it into the computer through the cup holder, or just crush it up into a fine dust and feed it through the grill holes on the side of the case.

You can also easily wipe the files not needed but are still clogging up your memory by buying an average magnet from a store, and taking off the case to your computer and attaching the magnet to the hard-drive. Move it over the hard drive a few times and you should have plenty of memory.

There should be a disclaimer, someone might believe it.

on the Xbox version, there's an achievement to kill someone called 'juanito'

I was wondering what it was a reference to, now I know.
Juanito was the radio announcer in Tropico, and is actually Penultimo iirc. You can execute him with an edict.
