(realworld clone)

(ooc:Is there a difference between realworld clone and just clone? I also have no idea what you mean. It sounds like John didn't bother to leave after showing him his SIM guy and looked at my journal and took matters into his own hands.)

(OOC) I was killed in the "game's real world" and replaced with a clone so of course the SIM would also have that clone.

(Going to try my hand at an IC journal as well)

John Frohman's tape recorder

-Static-
...I'm hearing the voices again. I ran out of the pills the doc gave me before I came here and I couldn't find any when I searched the hospital. I'm not sure why but I clearly remember barging into the overseer's office yelling something about a simulation, and then waking up in a puddle of vomit. I've taken to drinking as that seems to make the voices quieter. Not that it matters, I can't make out the voices half of the time, and any other time the words don't make sense. If someone ever finds this tape I'll probably get thrown out before I shoot someone in the face.

-Static-

It happened again. I vividly saw myself talking to Vance about something but the words were muffled, like I couldn't control my own body and I couldn't hear, and next thing I know I'm somewhere else. My memory is a complete and utter shambles and I'm missing small pieces of several days. And I don't even know if it's the booze or my condition that's causing this anymore. Ugh... I'm feeling dizzy again... I need a drink.

Journal of HighZealot

The SIM has been going quite badly though survival seems likely thanks to Savs and the friendless Fenix. In the real world however, I just went to get water for once having drank the same booze for the last few months and saw Vance stumbling towards the staircase. I tried to help him up but for some reason he blames me, John and the "guards" which is weird cause all our guards are either worthless or bed ridden. There are foot prints I can check out though. Seeing as most of us don't have shoes, I can safely say that those prints don't belong to us. Strange this didn't happen in the SIM since it has a strange nack for knowing everything secret that it shouldn't about people. I'll also be keeping a closer watch on John and along with using my pip boy to record everything that happens 24/7 keeping the records of the last 34 hours. You can't write if you're insane or being eaten alive now can ya?

Audio log of HighZealot
Great, I’m out of fucking paper and I can’t seem to find any. I better lock my door so no one disturbs my progress.

It’s the 25th of Hematite.
I’ve discovered that the baron’s name is Dog. I’m having the entrance improved mainly to attempt to fight the invasion. I’ve heard that they do leave after some time though all reports come from places where they get attacked by other infected right after. I ordered that everyone do almost any job they can find because at this point, we’re likely going to end up with only a few people having to do all jobs. Real life also seems to be going bad. John claims it wasn’t his fault what happened to Vance. It doesn’t sound like his lying but at the same time it doesn’t look like the whole truth. Maybe if I could get my hands on his audio log. We also need more coffins. I guess you could say our coffin business is booming.
*Unenthusiastic laughs*
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

SIM: It is now the 27th of Hematite
*Dog is heard laughing madly while jabs is heard along with a cries of a goat and then a farmer. An entire left arm is heard falling to the guard*
God damn it Dog. See, this is why barons suck. Well, I usually don’t mind them but usually, they have the things they “need.” Well, at least the farmer is already looking for ways to die.

Oh, fuck.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

*Murder from the SIM is heard along with rage from Vance*
GOD DAMN IT!
SIM: A cook has been struck down on 2nd Malachite
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

SIM: And on the 3rd of Malachite, t-
SHUT UP SIM!
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Well, it’s the 4th now the Savs has given birth. That is actually good news cause it means, another survivor to add to the list. Hopefully no one is gonna run up and kill the kid…or Savs….or Fenix.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Vance: No..NO! MY COVER IS BLOWN! You’re all gonna PAY! AHHHHHHH!!!!
SIM: Vance has gone berserk on the 5th of Malachite
Well he has a pick in his hand. Fuck.

Oh my god. John is the great hero. He struck down Vance who only managed to grant the wish of a saddened farmer. Now he is only unhappy or not on the verge of madness…I hope.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Also, Fenix is back up after hearing about Vance and is still getting happier each day. I could swear I knew someone like that.

*Growling and barking and biting is heard on the 7th of Malachite
Those dogs seem to be a good idea. Or utterly useless. They got slaughtered by the masses and SAVS IS DOWN THERE. MUST SAVE STATE IS SEE IF SHE AND TAKE IT! Looks like she can’t. Reload. Time to send the other people. For now RUN SAVS! Oh good, the carp fell into the water. Hope it gets finished off sooner or later. Yup, it’s dead but only two dogs remain.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

SIM: It is now the 13th of Malachite
John has betrayed us all! Okay, I admit, that’s overreacting but still, he went berserk even though he killed Vance and was only unhappy and not miserable. Hopefully he won’t hit someone in the head. Well, killing RabidAnubis would have turned him into a hero if we actually knew Rabid’s secret agenda. I managed to get Savs out of there who is still ecstatic and now Fenix is fighting. Strangely, Fenix is now unhappy?

Alright, good work Fenix. You took him down on the 15th and that made you happy. Maybe being berserk affect moods? Let’s check his kills now. Wow, nice work. Now I know, I had a friend just like Fenix but I seem to have trouble remembering.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Saving state now since this is too good to lose. Taking everyone else out of the military in case they go berserk.

(ooc:I have no idea why Savs couldn’t take one unarmed person even though she had weapons and a meat shield. Thankfully, I’m sure she’ll survive)

An audio-log entry from Vance Mcneelee's pipboy plays as he hits the ground.
*sound of Rabid yelling at someone*
" 'YOU KNOW TOO MUCH! I WILL REPLACE YOU!!! AHAHAHAHAAHAHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'
'YOU'VE GONE MAD! WHAT DID I EVER DO?! I'm just a simple miner...'
*sound of a gun clicking*
'YOU...YOU MUST BE REPLACED.....REEEEEEPLAAAAAAAAACED....REEEEEEEEEPLEEEEEEEEEEEEEASED....MUST PLEASE THE SPIRIT.......'
'wh-wh-what are you going to do with that gun...?'
'Oh...YOU'LL SEE. YOU'LL SEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'
'NO-' "
*sound of gun firing, followed by the sound of dripping liquid*
--AUTOMATED END LOG: OWNER OF PIP-BOY DECEASED, SHUTTING DOWN...

(OOC) EDIT: Just in case people don't know, this happened in the SIM.

I think you actually got punched in the head. Or did that happen to the other guy? Well I'm sure it was melee to the head.

John Frohman's tape recorder

-Static-
My head has been killing me recently. The current overseer just seems to be holed up in his room doing who knows what... well, that's not completely true, there's that... thing he's doing, a simulation if I haven't gone completely mad. Booze doesn't seem to help anymore, and the lack of medication here is unsettling, I can only guess that copious amounts of beer are used to substitute anaesthesia.
I... I'm going to lie down for a while, and if I don't end up dying in my sleep, I'll consider myself lucky.

Even though I wish the voices would just shut the hell up.

I'm surprised that apparently I'm evil.  AND ALIVE!  (I still don't know why I'm evil.  Apparently I killed two people?)

No, you got beaten by John in his anger.

I'm AMAZED that my Savs is still alive!  YES!
Yup. You and Fenix I have to keep alive since you're the only happy people left. John did injure you and I'm not sure but it was quite a bit which was why I pulled you out. It's strange that you were armed and John was not. Well he didn't have a weapon when I checked. Could have used his other items. Might put an updated death list next update.
