May as well spend more points create a city for my dwarfs at the mouth of the river into the mountains also build barracks a town hall food stuff and housing if possible make a religious order worshiping the Avatar.First a army would be nice.

Getting a bit ahead of yourself there. You assume a city has all of the stuff your city needs, and they'll generally worship the Avatar. Then once you create a city you can create an army, but its still the Creation Stage so its a bit early for that.

From the depths of the ocean rift (That coral-crack I created), a Winged sea serpent appears! (Create Avatar).
This event unleashes a huge tsunami (Catastrophe!) which immediately swallows parts (whatever my remaining points can do) of of the northern continent.

Leviacorral The Ferocious of The Deep
A towering winged sea serpent. It has two thin horns. It's wings are scaly and deep blue. It's Azure scales are round and close-set.
Beware of it's sundering bite! It intones the names of everyone it has encountered. It is associated with Oceans, depths and caverns.
