Just one.

What happens (physiologically) when a water titan/FB enters water? (Bonus question: Why are there no beard FBs?)

The "water titan" isn't actually made exclusively of water: it's actually a very large single-celled organism, with its internal fluids held in by an infinitesimally thin but ridiculously cohesive semipermeable membrane. Dwarves don't have the technology to see any of that stuff though, so to them it just looks like a big murderous blob of fluid that can be pierced with next to no effort. When the titan immerses itself in water, the membrane detects it and starts a signal cascade that ultimately causes the membrane to become significantly less permeable. This allows the titan to retain its shape even if the surrounding water isn't even close to isotonic.

Why aren't there any diseases, chronic or contagious, in DF aside from those caused by angry gods?

Even if you found a suitable opening, I doubt it would prove all too satisfying. And it might leave some nasty wounds, depending on the moral high ground's geology.

There are, but the gods can't help but have pity on the dwarves (cuz of Armok, and, well, cuz they're dwarves) that the other diseases only hit humanz. Stupid humanz.

Why do the best Moods always hit the worst dwarves, and vice versa? (Oh - nm, just answered that - Armok. So...)

Why do dwarves continue to get such massive amounts of wrestling experience when the "victim" has been unconscious for the last 2 days?

One of my historical DWARF Civs, The Rounded Rags, for some reason or another, accepted Goblin citizens at an almost 5:1 ratio. Hell, The Rounded Rags even have a Goblin KING (Well, Queen). I have no idea why.

The reverse isn't true, though. Granted, there is A goblin Civ that had a Dwarf master (This was also the only goblin civ that didn't have a demon as a master. Because the demon was killed by a BEAR.)

Will these "civilised" goblins try to attack their Dwarven countrymen or an adventurer if I go there?

The goblins in the dorf civ won't attack their fellow countrymen, or you adventurer unless you piss off the civ, they are civilized folk. Not like that dwarven king of the goblin civ who will probably murder your face if he sees you.

So what do trolls eat?

Rocks. Everyone knows that. :P

Not quite fitting, but now that there can be deaths by alcoholism, how have the Dwarves adapted to be able to survive?

Larger livers

How large is a dwarf's liver?

50% larger than the standard for humanoids, I believe. Dwarves are obviously well prepared for drinking approximately 500% as much liquor as other races.

I was reading the other day about how certain oceangoing shark species are known to have livers that take up almost 90% of their body cavity, and weigh almost 50% of the sharks entire weight. Dwarfs and sharks share a common ancestor, it seems.

Did evolution occur in these worlds we generate, and we just don't see it, or is every animal, plant, or civilization plopped down by some god willy-nilly?

They didn't understand "The Cask of Amontillado" very well

After dealing with many catsplosions over dwarven history, dwarves think they've become somewhat similar to them and like to think they land of their feet safely no matter what. They are mistaken.

Why do dwarves like to dodge attacks by jumping into pools/rivers and then drowning because of it?
