Yeah, that's Bug 322.  Hopefully it'll be handled this time around, since building flags are changed.

i also noticed that furnature counts as smoothed cave floor for the purpose of roads.

I dropped a few beds in the front hallway early when i didnt have anywhere specific to put them and the road was considered finished, but once i removed them and put them in the bedrooms, the road was incomplete again.

I know dwarves are tough, but even they might get pissed if, while sleeping, a wagon full of humans rides over them.
