Ok i've had a tweak around, I have decided - for the fun to alter entirely what I was doing.
We shall be the UK, using Ruges Global Crisis mod (makes more realistic) on his real world map 2020.
The goal - Meet world crises and defend British interests. Also to conquer poorly defended oil rich nations

You can request specifics, such as NAME A GOOD TANK GROUP AFTER ME, NAME A CARRIER AFTER ME. Etc, but due to the sheer number of units, specific unit picking will be
deniedNote on technologies; We start with Astute class subs, QE class carriers, one group of MV-22's, F-35's, Challenger 3 tanks and various other future weapons.

Ok for consultation, we need a general strategy. We have 2 or 3 carriers, each one can carry several (groups of) planes and/or choppers.
These will need to either be:
-Spread in several theatres, say the Baltic and Gulf to react fast against threats.
-Put them all in home waters and respond in force to threats
-Put them all in one theatre, say the Gulf, in preperation for any problems there (or aggression of our own!)
*these forces will be bolstered by reaction forces in transport ships ready to assist. However heavy lift planes can be utilised to transport from the UK in further troops if need be.
Notes, in my previous game Russia showed aggression towards poland, it would be wise to be wary of the Russians again.
