Toriad, did you not read what I said about how mining will work? We can mine for up to 15 VTU per trip, with a 1 VTU break for recharging!

INSUFFICIENT MINERALS FOR ROVER CONSTRUCTION. (Mobile refineries carried by rovers have the same capabilities as the one on Niven 50 anyways...)
