Surely a variation of the tax on your personal income won't change the amount of money that your business has or the amount of money you use to hire workers.  Indeed, it's whether hiring workers is profitable and not how much money you're earning personally that dictates how many people a business hires.

I mean would you rather take everyone's money and put it in a big pot, then equaly devide that pot out to everyone?

If you paid taxes you'd understand how shitty they are, out of my last paycheck I lost about 150$ to taxes, that pays most of the electric bill.

On the other hand you aren't being charged for the roads you walk around on, the police who keep law and order, possibly the education you received etc.
