Is there a way to get stats up later on? Like reading an IQ for Dummies or pumping iron? If so, I say we go with whoever has the highest total stat points without being so unbalanced that we cannot afford said stat increasers.

Time to be a party pooper: my vote for set 3 breaks the tie.

While you do have a chance to raise your stats later, the higher they are the easier they are to increase, and low stats could mean death, especially for something as important as INT.
