"I guess your applying for squad leadership? Lucky you. We we're about to bounce you due to your test questions, but someone up top approved you at the last minute. Guess you managed to make some friends, huh?" Her tone is not endearing.
You were glad to be out of there...
Your avenue of training was yours to make-apparently your background had really impressed someone, whoever they were.
A. Tactical Training: Your time on Deimos helped you learn squad based tactics in a controlled setting-not too different from what you did in your home country, but you sharpened your skills and earned respect from your superiors.
B. Combat Drills: You decided to take a stint on Hex learning to operate military grade weapons and armor, and commanding squads in hostile areas. The experience bloodied you-men died under your command to forces you had no control over, and it's something you learned to live with.
C. Logistics: You decided to take a boring job at HQ logistics. It gave you time to brown nose with your future superiors and play politics, making friends and earning enemies. You heard too many old soldiers who bitterly lamented the loss of their squads as they were overruled in a firefight by pencil pushers. You've got the connections now to prevent that.
In your second year, you surprised everyone by joining a technical group for some cross-branch training. You absorbed a bit of everything, but what did you specify in?
A. Saturn Station Psionic Barrage Training: You attended the new Saturn Station Psionic Defense training, to harden your mind against psychic attacks-mostly by allowing your testers to attack you over and over again, digging out your petty hatreds and insecurities, exposing, and purging them. You felt much more at peace with yourself as the training ended.
B. Achilles Station Technical Courses: You thought back to your aborted college courses in technical engineering...after some wrangling with your superiors, you secured a few months pouring over computers and spreadsheets in the acclaimed Achilles Station. You've finally learned your way around all that tech stuff. You'll never know as much as a specialist, but you can serve in a pinch.
C. Ozarks Medical Support: You thought back to your time doing survivalist training in the outback, and decided on the World of Ozark. It's a bloody, miserable place, and perfect for training purposes. You spent your time learning some of the basics of battlefield medicine. Your hands won't have the precision of a surgeon, but you can do spot healing on demand.
In your third year, you were getting restless, so they finally gave you a choice of battlefield commission. What was your first choice?
A. Firebase Command: The Xeno world of Antigen was always known as a tough tour. When you showed up-the previous commander had been eviscerated-the firebase was in shambles. After a few months, you had restored the morale of the men, gotten command to send you new equipment and modern weapons, and sucessfully proved yourself a capable commander of artillery, air and space assests. You became an expert at Xeno-Killing, the non sapient kind. It was a shame they forced you to evacuate, but Earthgov claimed there was no surviving what was coming to Antigen. They declined to explain. Antigen is an extremely hostile world, and you learned valuable experience if you ever have to lead men to a place like that again.
B. Native Suppression: The verdant world of Pandora was long ago stripped of nearly all mineral value, and was devastated by nuclear weapons shortly after the natives temporary victory over Humanity. The Blue freaks are still there, though, and the planet still houses a refueling depot...so Earthgov still sends soldier there. Some say it's because of an ancient grudge or something. You were in charge of patrols there, and lead your guys through some tough shit. You also killed a bunch of Blue Aliens. As your tour ended, the Aliens were calling you the "Bad Demon-Woman from the Sky". You learned to lead men to fight in an jungle enviroment.
C. Anti-Terrorist Special Op's: It was strange that at the end of your training, you went back to what you were doing beforehand. Earthgov doesn't operate by the same rules and restrictions, though...after years of frustration dealing with one arm tied behind your back, the freedom to take down terrorists and high value targets with little oversight was a natural balm to you. Your skills mostly advanced in the realm of squad combat in urban environments, against other humans mostly. Your successful term ended as you caught a known terrorist leader who was about to place a bomb at the historic Mars first landing sight. It was a good bust.
Your the last one called in that day. The pretty woman seems a bit tired and flustered, which makes her look even prettier.

We were not impressed by your answers-they really don't like soldiers to ask 'why' anything-but, we also can't turn away a trained medical professional. Your accepted. I have a feeling you'll breeze through training. Try not to get yourself killed, okay? After a few years, I can get you transferred to a field hospital, where your less likely to catch a bullet..."
For your first year of training, you were given a government tip to join the Earthgov Medical Branch of your choice. Which one did you settle one?
A. Central Medicine: You spent time in the labs of Central Medicine learning the ins and outs and battlefield healing, how saving lives under fire, and commanding other medics. You were already a good doctor, but you feel as if it prepared you for certain...unhappy tasks you might be called on to perform in the future.
B. Xeno Studies: You were at the forefront of Alien Biological research on the Achilles Research Station, testing out bizarre alien weaponry, and dismantling their corpses for further study. You gained a insight into Alien bodies-where they are weak, and where they are strong.
C. Bio-Hazard Control: A accidental spill of a dangerous viral compound near Riyadh turned out to benefit you...you joined the Bio-Hazard control team and spent a year cleaning up the mess, and working on cures and prevention measures to protect the local population. You learned valuable knowledge on how to protect yourself and your teammates against viral agents.
Earthgov was insistent your second year had to be a physical conditioning and firearms training-the rules of war don't apply to aliens and space bandits after all, so you had to be ready to fight. You were given a choice of training facilities-which one did you specify in?
A. Luna Anti-Grav Armor Drills: You spent the year learning to move in bulky power armor in low gravity conditions on Earths Moon-a useful skills, since it built up your endurance and qualified you to wear heavier class B armor with no difficulty.
B. Phobos Firing Range: Your time was spent productively learning to fire accurately with all varaiants of short and medium range weaponry. Your surgeons hands adapted to the buttstock of a sniper rifle with eerie quickness...
C. Your third year had a wide array of assignments offered to you-which did you choose?
A. Battlefield Hospital: The war torn world of Ozark was your first real test. Lots of men dying and being wounded, and you were one of only a dozen surgeons on call .Your will became like steel, and you became hardened to the realities of war-you had to fight to defend yourself many times against enemy soldiers. When your mentor was killed on his way home by his plane crashing into the ocean, you stepped out and asked for another assignment.
B. Ship's Doctor: Your time on the E.G.S Ishimura was not so stressful-aside from dealing with minor injuries and complaints of sickness, you didn't face much that challenged you. Most of your time was spent furthering your Xeno Research in the well funded ships labs-and several breakthroughs were credited to you. Once your year was up, you were sad to go, but it turns out it was for the best...apparently that had a real medical emergency not a month later...
C. Viral Weapons Developer: Not your best work, your last year was spent in a Viral Weapons Station, experimenting and in some cases, developing deployment methods for a wide range of lethal strains. You were smart enough to work on cures for most of them as well, and you believe you've kept up on the latest in Viral Technology. The Company said they would even send you 'samples' to product test in the battlefield...
