i wonder how many more poor souls will be caught in the "drain of death"?

who's doing is that anyway?  Cause we've lost a solid 30 guys to it so far and i for one have NO idea how to fix/plug it.  I tried grates but that didn't seem to solve the issue.

It's really funny watching them do unnecessary surgery because of a wrong diagnosis.
the conditions were bad enough to turn a dwarf who didn't care about anything mad, that's pretty hardcore.

well by the sounds of it my flooded dining hall trap was drained and a waterfall was created using one of the aquifer leaks i made.

so you can thank me and peregarrett, who decided to reclaim that cursed hall.  8)

Yeah.  Thus why I didn't make a trap.  In it's current state the fortress didn't need a trap, the whole damn fortress is a trap.

Well that was a strangley clever trap then.  Cause that room caved in within 5 minutes of me playing.  However over half my turn had passed before the drain of death was noticed, let alone became an issue.   :-\

Well... Delayed cave-ins are noodle's creation, that I casually avoided. Drainage was mine, but I didn't mean it to be the Surprise, I had something else in mind, but looks like I screwed it and it's nonfunctional  :'(

I just saw a guy with two broken legs push a minecart with a corpse in it. Yeah.

Ok, she runs! I'm going into this blind, and I don't remember my trap idea. Crap. Any highlights I should be aware of?
