About the dirtzooka: Can you shoot down with it? I never tried and I can't play ATM, but if it can it would definitely be pretty cost efficient.

And the scoopers are expensive. At least how I was playing, trying to speed through and win ASAP. I never had enough Alumn to build scoopers as low as I was mining..and the lower areas seemed to have better groups of stuff for vision-mining. Or at least actually have stuff once I got all the color I wanted up higher.

Megabombs are super overpowered. You can just throw a ton of them on one part, a second apart, and then you are at the bottom. They are cheap, too.

And kill moles in one hit. So basically you can mine a bit, megabombs, and all you have to worry about is your wi-fi.
Actually, I think the dirtzooka rockets are more cost-efficient when you fully upgrade them.

And anyway, the vacuum is not just mostly useless... it is almost completely useless, quite honestly.
Just add a whatever-it's-called-that-lifts-minerals to the left side and then section out square chunks of the entire land using conveyers for mining/bombing. The vacuum is unnecessary AND has a tendency to crash the game. It'd be a lot better if the Vac Pac didn't just spew out the minerals and if the vacuum's capacity could be upgraded.

Oh I didn't mean cost. I meant ease of use.  As I just dig near the mole tunnel. Plant it and it kills said mole and takes out the tunnel too.

Also I find it amusing that most of the time I most needed more of the dark blue stuff and not the hypothetically rare other materials.

Yup. Only, it's a little dangerous, seeing as you need to hover right above the target area with your jetpack. Not too dangerous, though, so long as you don't shoot the ground pointblank. Also, you fall faster than your rockets, if I'm not mistaken, so there's that too.

However, they become even more viable when you start running into the more frequent deposits of Radioacton (green mineral) and have pretty much no use for Sciphide (purple mineral).

It has its uses, yes, but so does the nuke.
Mole City, for example. The three moles can be taken out in one hit VERY easily with the bomb, but there are too many to missile without preparation or getting hurt.

But..I never had any green stuff to spare between all the Wi-fi updates. Anything but Alumn, Radioacton, and yellow I had TONS of, but those three were almost empty the entire game.

Err... You actually don't need the Wi-Fi updates that badly unless you ARE speeding through the game.
Also, if you were using the mineral scanner, that drains Radioacton, if I'm not mistaken.

It also causes a glitch that puts you at negative minerals. You can't build anything until you're back in the positive, even if it doesn't involve radioacton at all.

Also, apparently the moon is made of Rariest, not cheese. Stars made of metal, radiocativity and concentrated explodium are awesome too.
And don't do what I did, which was to jump from a massive height into Mole City and start blasting. You may well run out of metal with which to buy scoops and conveyors, and then you're fucked.

Pfft, not any notable amount, at least if you use it like me, in very quick flashes.

I had more conveyors that I could ever need at a certain point, after strip mining the fuck out of the top layers I just resorted to digging massive cylinders with about 10 conveyors under them which lead right to a huge stack of those lift thingies, after the Enchanted Forest I had maybe 5 conveyors for every 100 lift thingies.

That's because the world is so small left to right that conveyors are absolutely pointless. The conveyors you start out with build and scoopers is enough for...anything.

Jet pack and 50 ladders to refuel upon and you can climb the entire map man....

Well, I beat the game two times through... I believe.
The ending was a bit disappointing though... Is there a meta game pr prologue or final boss or something that I'm missing?
