Remember how we've set up an ambush for those blue, unwashed barbarians?
Well..
- The Bad News : They have quite a number advantage.
- ALSO Bad News : Ambush failed, They know we're here.
- Good news : AI is retarded.
General unit can not hide, but all other units can (except elephants)
British tunnel-vision makes the barbarians see just our General, until our warriors use warcry.
But at that point, the charge has already began.
..and with their ranks following our general, and a massive, post-warcry charge on our side..
..it should be quite obvious that..
..(a+b)^2 - (a-b)^2 = 4ab, thus...
..we win. Surprisingly it's a crushing one. Naturally we only heal 1 out of 63 casualties (unlike the Britons, a few updates ago)
Another turn is upon us, and it seems that Archimedes invented a way for a man to please himself on his own
Which has spread into Macedon quite quickly. Let's just hope They'll be battle ready when Brutii come.
We begin the siege of Thapsus, and this time, there is just no way for Carthaginian army to arrive in time.
At the same time, we siege Mediolanum. The last stand of Gaul. Surprisingly, They haven't surrendered yet.
Also : With most of the Briton forces vanquished, we rush to Samo..ro..va..herp-derp city, which our only spy has infiltrated.
Their king is inside, thus we will suffer some casualties for sure. We go for it anyway, as there is only a small risk, that one of our generals will die, thus..
..Aw, come on!
With our ships blocking any reinforcements from the islands, Britons are down to one town on the mainland.
Naturally we go for it right off the bat. We want some factions DESTROYED. The less factions to share the land, the stronger the AI can become.
We also advance our ambush force to it's previous position (to add some more historical battle marks!). More on that much later.
We end the turn..
