In regards to game rules, I suppose it depends on how indepth you want to make it? I'm not really big on the whole making up rules thing so I'll let more capable people handle it.

Well, It'll take too long to roll up income for all of those territories, unless we do that on a case-by-case basis. And even that would take a fair while with about 130 provinces being taken.
