Dead vanilla townies are OK to sub in.  The only time dead players shouldn't sub in is if they know too much (e.g. former scum, former cop who got some inspects off, things like that).

Join the current Beginner's Mafia. It's full as of now but if you offer to replace you should get in eventually. If not then simply stick around for the next one.
