I don't think i'm really cut out for modding. Eh. Maybe i'll try something.

The two are very different; modding a BM game requires very little skill or talent for Mafia.  ICing requires enough to teach new players how to play WELL.

You're good, but you're probably too new to be dispensing advice.  At least, that's how I feel about myself and we both graduated with honors, if you follow me.

Hmh. I guess you're right. I'll only IC if it came down to the way it did in the last BM, where we didn't have an IC until the last minute.

But I am going to have to agree with Dariush that I don't think you're quite there yet to be an IC.

Modding a BM is easy; the setup is balanced and familiar out of the box, if you will.  All the mod has to do is be active and hand out the links and pay attention when the days and nights are over.

It's not like setting up a more complex game or a bastard mod.  You more than have what it takes to mod a BM game.

erm, no-one's probably going to do that
just check out the "game discussion and list" for info when someone's starting up, or just periodically check the mafia subforum

Current Beginner's is on N3, days are 72 hours, weekends don't count ... umm ... I'd say start checking for the next one Tuesday-or-Wednesday-ish next week.

Or else you could ask the mod for a spoilspec, reveal it to everyone, get the game closed and you permabanned, log in from another account into a freshly set up BM, and profit. But yeah, just waiting would probably be better.
