Well... Yeah one more game won't hurt. Never-the-less you'll have to wait anyhow. May as well play the BM's at least to keep an eye on how long you'll be on the wait-list.

Dude, just let him take the slot.  By the time the next three BMs have finished, he'll have had plenty of experience so long as he signs up for another game.

I intend to sign up for them, but I have a lot more than just those two games under my belt.  Vector just seemed to enjoy the puzzle too much for me to drop the mask in Beginner's XXIII.

I dropped off the map before because I was moving, and thus had intermittent and unreliable internet access for about a month.

I've been switching all my online aliases over to this new, roman numeral free alias for the past few years.  I got an itch to play mafia again, and started up a new Bay12 account and signed up for some beginners games.  I figured somebody would catch on, but I didn't expect it to go down quite the way it did.

Jim's reaction was...well...I should have known he'd take it so seriously.  I didn't know who Book was then (and I still only have brief summaries, I don't have the patience to dig through the archives and piece together what went down), so I underestimated the reaction to that stunt.  I figured the best thing was to finish out those games, then let things cool off for a while before easing my way back in.

Jim, if you read this, I'm sorry for what I did.  Knowing what I do now, I'd have come clean from the beginning.

I never intended to stir up old grievances.  I just wanted to come back and play some Mafia.
