If no one volunteers in 24 hours, I can do it.

EDIT: Totally irrelevant to everything, but why do 60% of the posts I make end up at the top of a new page? It bugs me.

If it scares people into posting, then yes.

If they end up lynched because they didn't post, oh well. Too bad for them. Maybe they should've tried posting.

Kso Max White convinced me to come down here.  I've played party mafia, card mafia, and even Epic Mafia, but never forum mafia before, so I guess I'll reserve a spot on the next Beginner's game.

With no one leaping to the cause, I'll host the next BM. Thread going up tomorrow.

You don't need to be.

You could move on to more advanced games with little difficulty if you wanted.

I'm not sure I'd want to do that without at least some experience playing as scum.

I'll be there as an IC if nobody objects.

IMO it's too early for you to IC. There's a gap between being suitable for a BM as a regular player and being suitable for a BM as an IC, you know. ;)

Well, Max White thinks i'm ready, and none of the ICs from the last game objected at all. Meh. I'll see what everyone else thinks come sign-up time.

Wait, IC?
I thought you were going to mod.

The two are very different; modding a BM game requires very little skill or talent for Mafia.  ICing requires enough to teach new players how to play WELL.

You're good, but you're probably too new to be dispensing advice.  At least, that's how I feel about myself and we both graduated with honors, if you follow me.
