League of Legends Community Tournament!
« on: July 11, 2011, 08:39:14 pm »

Summoner's Rift, first one to 1. Destroy Mid Tower or 2. Get two kills is the victor. I think everyone here is trustworthy enough to report the results fairly and accurately. You are confined to mid lane and the jungle, you cannot take any experience from top or bot, nor use ults to farm them, if minions destroy a tower before either goal is met, the match restarts with the same champions. 4 bans, 1-1-1-1 style. No need to tell them who you're picking. Whoever is lower on the bracket gets first ban.

It's up to you to organize these matches between yourselves, coordinate a time you can play via PM or something. Preferably this can be over by Sunday, but meh, it's summer. PM me the results of the match and I will update this list. Give me some details and I can keep a mini-log of each game, if you want (ex: A [Champ X] beats B [Champ Y]).

Seeding was determined using a mix of your elo, level, games played, and my judgement. Bracket generated by Challonge.

I'd be up for both.

I'm not sure how availiable I'll be this friday, but if nothing comes up you can count me in for both, depending on what hours we'll be doing this. I'm usualy more availiable from 6 pm and on.

I'm up for both. Bluerobin here and there. And agreed on timing. After 6pm EST (GMT-5) works best unless it's a weekend then I'm good whenever.

The moment the lever was pulled, somebody's pet kitten stepped onto the bridge. I read somewhere that if a cat falls more than 11 stories, it instinctively flares its legs out to increase air resistance. This slows it down enough to stick the landing with relatively minor injuries. In Dwarf Fortress, apparently, cats don't do that.

The signups close on Friday because I want to get it started, but the matches can be played at your leisure. Only issue is if someone can't participate for a while and matches get held up.

I'll put you on the list. It's Round Robin, you get to face everyone, including those B12ers who aren't level 30 (and there are several of them). So while the 30s may come out on top in the end there's definitely a distinct bracket for lower levels. And who knows, you might win. Maybe you're better :P.

Lol, I seriously doubt that.

But yeah, put me in. I'll be like Glass Joe. My IGN for US account is Mouselephant.

I'll join, I guess.  Not sure what champ I'll use, but I've got some (Probably not winner-material but who cares) ideas.

Oh, I probably won't have time that week end due to Anime Con eating up all my available nerdy-ness.

I might be able to, but I don't know.

A 1v1 in league of legends? Um, completely disrupts the balance of the game?

Wait, what if a Yorick ults himself and then gets the other guy?
