Though now I think about it, Adwarf didnt really express interest. We still need his tech though, damn his eyes.

I am in for the alliance, but I will only give you certain techs as I also need to maintain an upper hand. (I Will make the list of techs I am handing out next turn)

Cause I only make 9k resources a turn.

Amongst my tech selection that I CAN throw in, I still have L6 Black Holes. Just with that, we've theoretically slashed Toaster's budget, because now he has to defend all his planets equally. And because it's a failsafe now, we can easily chew up his back lines. And assuming that both my research and something else go to plan, I'm going to be the fellow who digs his tendrils right into the heart of the enemy empire.

Also, can I propose that we get a joint victory if our team tears down the Toaster? I have a pair of RP scenarios in mind-one of them is the unlikely odds that I end up one on one against Toaster (And lose =P) And the other is an allied victory.
