Nothing with more than 2 hull parts (With no HP adding parts allowed, such as Heavy Assault Armour) are allowed to be on PX-1 and Mileth, barring special circumstances.

Considering that gives me a rather significant advantage due to my area weapons, I'm more than willing to accept! For now though lets consider that an agreement that will be officiated later.  It would be two hops to move my big vessel to somewhere it can get to PX-8 from.
