Lord Trubaldsome gathered his men, and swiftly set in motion a plan to 'restore order' in the Kingdom.
They march through the streets led by Trubaldsome and Waery on horseback(Just the two of them, since my unit is infantry), rounding up any 'troublesome' citizens- as in, people brawling, boozing in public, shouting, committing crimes or even just looking at Trubaldsome and his men the wrong way.
Then Trubaldsome loudly proclaims himself to be acting by decree of the king, and these 'dissenters' are shackled, and when enough are gathered marched back to the dungeons and thrown in, packed into the small cells like sardines. Any resistance is met... With truncheons and hob-nailed boots! >

So, to summarise my actions: Trubalsome & co march through the streets, rounding up any citizens performing any percieved crime by 'decree of the king', and throw them into the dungeons. Make sure their cells are nice and cramped. Also, if no rats are to be found in the cells, they must be gathered from somewhere.

Trubaldsome makes full use of his haughty stare, sneering down at the 'filthy dissenting peasants' and occasionally giving one a whack with the flat of his sword. Then ordering one of his men to clean it, of course.

Stop the actions of 'lord' Trubaldsome. "This is not the will of the king of this land, you are a guest of his home, if you attempt to enforce laws that do not exist I will be forced to get rid of you"

Trubaldsome looks down at Kaguro from his horse, a look of incredulity crossing his face,
quickly replaced as the corners of his neatly-trimmed moustache curl downward in a sneer. 
"You would have me stand by and do nothing as the King's realm descends into chaos?! Perhaps you do not remember,
'General', but His Majesty tasked us with upholding law and order in his absence!"
Seemingly overcome by emotion, the young lord pauses and turns in the saddle,
holding out a gloved hand towards Waery, who dutifully produces a bejewelled snuffbox and hands it over.
After a few calming sniffs, Trubaldsome turns back to Kaguro, his eyes narrowed in contempt now.
"I have sworn in to the King's service and I intend to do his bidding. If I have to burn a few peasants in the course of my duty, then by god, I shall do so! Now step aside, I and my men do the King's bidding, and by annoying me you obstruct the law. Go drink turnip wine and bother your sister or something, and leave me to holding the Kingdom together. "
He raises a hand to touch his hatbrim, then urges his horse on, past General Kaguro.

((Nice to see some drama in the kingdom while the king is away. Definitely enjoying the dynamic between Kaguro and And Trubaldsome!))

Kaguro raises his hand to the air and his personal guard of shortbowmen appear on the rooftops of the street.  "I remember perfectly well, he tasked us with upholding His laws, you are upholding laws that do not exist and giveing punishments that do not fit the 'crimes' commited. You are arresting people who have either commited no crime that is in this land or are giveing those who have commited a crime a punishment beyond what the law states they should suffer. Now Stand Down. Or my men will fill you with arrows." Kaguro states in a calm authorative voice. He then speaks louder so the nearby peasants can hear. "Or would you attack the general of his highness the king unjustly, and then continue terrorizeing the people here? If you continue these actions 'lord' Trubaldsome I can not be held resonsible for the actions of the people of this land against you, as you are acting against the will of the King."

((Ha ha, no......maybe. Incase it isn't obvious Kaguro is a by the book man and is very loyal to the king. And he has a dislike of pompus people, like Lord Trubaldsome.))
