With the blind hunter in tow they traveled south through the Weylands. The going was rather slow as Pompulion had to guide him by hand, and at every obstacle and change in the terrain they had to stop and work around it. He was almost to the point of simply leaving him there to fend for himself, yet he had no idea what he was getting into and though blind he could prove a useful guide. "Now what can you tell me of these lands? And who is this Manskinner, and why is he worth fleeing your home from?"

Ask the blind hunter of the lands and of any kingdoms that might be nearby, and also of Manskinner. All the while continue to search for Manskinner's lands.

Kytuzian did not move to a less threatening position, only a little closer to the man speaking. I hope the guards have a good reactions time, thought Kytuzian grimly. "Who is your master?" asked Kytuzian, all the while moving closer. "And what does--"

Draw my sword AND cut him open at the same time, yell "Guards Attack!" and fight it out.

((After I kill the first guy, we're even in numbers, so I hope it goes well. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough range to shoot them, and no room to move my horse if I'd brought it. Horse-archering, I probably could've won on my own))

Well, it seemed unlikely that he could teach anymore without the aid of a specialist. Engineering was'nt his strength; he had picked up a few things about it. Well he still had scribes; lots and lots of scribes, he effectively had a workforce for the archives; But the archives themselves were not ready for such a large workforce. They all knew how to read and write, the best thing for them to do was to teach more people to read and write...He could open up a school, an actual school! All he would need is their cooperation and an actual place to teach. As nice as the castle was, it would'nt be wise to let commoners into the caste so easily and with so little reason...He needed an actual building....


Action- Get Berte to leave the castle and look for any largish building next to the castle. Ask the owner/s of the building/s if its for sale. Ask king if Locanil could purchase a building just outside of the castle to act as an actual school (should come off to 1 ducat or less, hopefully).

((That is one very big, very fancy school you're building if it's going to cost five ducats. Building a town costs 3 ducats in order to have an almost guaranteed roll, so I'd be amazed if a single building cost 5.))
