Hands and wrestling...

Minor bug in Adventure Mode:

--You shouldn't be able to throw when both of your hands are in joint locks/choke holds on the enemy.  It's questionable whether you should be able to throw with a hand you're wrestling with at all.

--And, you shouldn't be able to wield items while wrestling with the hand(s) in question.

The former can give one the unbelievable advantage of being able to wrestle and throw things with the same hand.  The latter doesn't have any clear advantage or abuse that I can see, but could be fixed for the sake of completeness.
