I haven't noticed anything different about text boxes, myself. Using Firefox, if that matters.

Font isn't different, text boxes seem fine to me at least, image signatures existed before, and I have no idea what the hell "herobrine" is.

I think he means that the option to turn off sig images isn't working.

I checked in my profile, the option to view images is off but I can still see them.

The profile option to show/hide signature images should work now.  Works for me, anyway.

Oh, the infinitely stretched text box thing was an issue on chrome for me as well, but as the devlog says - clearing the browser cache fixed that bug.

Everything seems to be working for me now (Chrome) so it looks like we're pretty much good.

Although given people's tendency to abuse the existing text function by cramming a bunch of quotes in their, perhaps it's too much to hope for.

"Abuse" seems like a strong word. At least there aren't many people who quote their own posts in favor of others. That's where I'd start drawing lines, but I'm kind of intolerant toward what I deem overly-egocentric tendencies. Too many plump helmets, I suppose.

You probably didn't mean much at all by the word choice, really. I can see how walls of quotes would be annoying. Especially the ones that flat aren't funny to you.

Pictures in signatures were always there; they were just disabled by default in the user preferences.

wrong, there were no images or signatures in the forum before. (i don't know of the update but it hasen't changed much for me)

I can verify that signature images existed before as well. Viewing them was just disabled by default.

I know I'm just repeating things here, but apparently that's necessary.
