Export dwarf to another fortress

Hi in here!
Is it possible to export a dwarf from an old fortress to a new one?

Even by copying/paste some lines in raw files?

Too bad i'd like to keep a specific dwarf to create a new fortress in terrifying land...

Certain DF utilities might be able to warp a dwarf into roughly what you're looking for, but otherwise you're out of luck. Raws are basically the templates from which things are randomly generated, so those definitely won't work for custom building a specific individual.

Use the dfmode function in dwarf hack.  Just pick out a dwarf in fort mode, switch to him/her, leave, retire in a village. Start a new fort, abandon this fort. Return to the adventurer, bring him or her to the fort, retire and reclaim.  Granted this might not work at all.
