Particularly during a siege, I think 'Sink the Bismarck!' would be relatively appropriate:

Quote
In May of 1941, the war had just begun.
The Germans had the biggest ship that had the biggest guns.
The Bismarck was the fastest ship that ever sailed the sea.
On her decks were guns as big as steers and shells as big as trees.

Out of the cold and foggy night came the British ship, the Hood
And ev'ry British seaman he knew and understood.
They had to sink the Bismarck, the terror of the seas.
Stop those guns as big as steers and those shells as big as trees.

We'll find that German battleship that's makin' such a fuss.
We gotta sink the Bismarck 'cause the world depends on us.
We hit the decks a-runnin', boys, and spin those guns around,
'Cause when we find the Bismarck, we gotta cut 'er down.

The Hood found the Bismarck, and on that fatal day
The Bismarck started firin' fifteen miles away.
'We gotta sink the Bismarck!' was the battle sound,
But when the smoke had cleared away, the mighty Hood went down.

For six long days and weary nights, they tried to find her trail.
Churchill told the people 'Put ev'ry ship a-sail
'Cause somewhere on that ocean, I know she's gotta be.
We gotta sink the Bismarck to the bottom of the sea.

We'll find that German battleship that's makin' such a fuss.
We gotta sink the Bismarck 'cause the world depends on us.
We hit the deck a-runnin', boys n' spin those guns around.
'Cause when we find the Bismarck, we gotta cut 'er down.

The fog was gone the seventh day and they saw the mornin' sun.
Ten hours away from homeland, the Bismarck made its run.
The Admiral of the British Fleet said 'Turn those bows around.
We found that German Bismarck, and we're gonna cut 'er down'.

*2 foot-pedal drum beats*

The British guns were aimed and the shells were comin' fast.
The first shell hit the Bismarck, they knew she couldn't last.
That mighty German battleship is just a memory.
'Sink the Bismarck' was the battle cry that shook the seven seas.

We found that German battleship from makin' such a fuss.
We had to sink the Bismarck 'cause the world depends on us.
We hit the deck a-runnin' and we spun those guns around, yeah
We found that mighty Bismarck and we had to cut 'er down.

We found that German battleship from makin' such a fuss.
We had to sink the Bismarck 'cause the world depends on us.
We hit the deck a-runnin' and we spun those guns around,
We found that mighty Bismarck, and then we cut 'er down.

Go to YouTube and type in 'Sink the Bismarck' in the search box.

I think this song would be much more appropriate once such things are implemented and goblins bring a large battleship with catapults and ballistae.

Sorry for the long post.

There is one song of one of my favourite bands, Unexpect, that reminds me of DF in the lyrics.
Also, is quite an epic song, and the band itself is like DF, it has a "difficult wall", is quite difficult to listen, but when you do, is the craziest, epic and strange thing you will ever hear.... ever xD

Quote
Unexpect - The Fall of Arthrone
(...)

Mid-season of the coloured rains on Arthrone's kingdom
Cowardness of the loathsome guards of this empire
A ball of fantasy disappearing in shadows
Behold, the fall of Arthrone
A goblin smiling by a flash of rune
The being of nothingness part with his domain

She was also sad that her father's corpse was rotting in his bedroom, but that's a minor inconvenience.
I love this game so much.

Holy carp, I've looped "Entry of the gladiators" in the background while playing, and suddenly dwarven behavior makes sense...

Guys, Korpiklaani doesn't count. They are dwarves - it's an unfair advantage.

I feel like we need a song to sing whilst digging.

Song named "A Gorey Demise". If you have not seen most of these in your fortress, you are doing something wrong.

But you never see a movie where a terrible coal plant accident causes a horrible devastation, do you? Nope, everyone seems to think that nuclear plants get their energy by smacking live atomic warheads all day or something.

MADNESS REIGNS!
IN THE HALL OF THE MOUNTAIN KING!

Wooden Pints would be perfect, if DF dwarves actually knew how to party.

Partial lyric, bonus points if you know the song/band without Googling.

Ah babe, I'm a real hard worker
with the proper tools, I'll make you anything you yearn for.
The barbarians are at the gate,
come in before it's too late.
I've got food enough to last the two of us about a year.
A thousand cans of chowder and a thousand cans of beer.
I love my neighbors like I love my own brothers,
but every year they're getting odder and odder.

Three Inches of Blood: Wykydtron
Warning, it's screamo (loud metal).

It's basically about a poster the band saw and they wrote a song about it.

Anyway, it's about a cyborg several hundreds of years into the future. It reminds me of DF about the guy who made a computer in it.

I feel one day, we will make a cyborg.

Oh and: Axes of Evil by the same band.

When i suddenly find myself having a plethora of Fun, usually from easily avoidable/dwarf caused situations, i sit back in my chair, stare silently at my screen, and this is what it sounds like in my head: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVP48x4U7QE

Other than that, i think there a quite a few times when Dance of Death by Iron Maiden would fit very nicely.
