I grew up in Alabama, in the socio-economic class sometimes referred to as "white trash."  Of course, my roots are really in North Carolina, where I was born and spent my teen years... that's a nice-ass place to be.  I only wish fewer people realized what a paradise NC was, because the housing developments that just sprout up like weeds really affect the region's natural beauty.

You could probably mod in a natural projectile attack similar to what magma crabs have. As for weakness to a mineral type, perhaps it can work in a similar way to gnomeblight, whatever the tags for that are. Don't forget to mod in the super strength and nigh-invulnerability :).
