Youtube audio ripper?
« on: July 03, 2011, 08:27:19 pm »

As the topic might denote, I'm trying to grab some audio from Youtube, but I've yet to find a non-shady site or program. What is it that the folks of B12 use?

Realplayer, hell, why would you do that to yourself?

Just use flashgot/video downloader extensions and convert the flash file to mp3.

Agreed. Flashgot and Youtube Downloader are great to use.

Flashgot if not on Youtube or similar sire, and youtube downloader if on youtube or similar. YTD is better if on Youtube since you can choose the quality to download as well.

DownThemAll! is also a great help for these if going multiple, or tend to have downloads stop abruptly and finish while incomplete.

Use some kind of extension to grab it from youtube, then run it through this program with default mp3 settings (or change them if you want, its only settings). Bam, audio file.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

I use youtube-dl. It's this command line program. It can extract the audio, and it's available from the Ubuntu default repositories, which are pretty much the only features I need.

There are many kind of this youtube audio ripper on internet, but if you want to grab youtube audio with high quality, I suggest you to use some youtube program, which can help you get the audio the same as it on youtube, and you can also choose the audio format before download, so that you can export the audio files to your portable device.

Any Video Converter will allow you to download the whole movie and then you can export it as any audio or video format you choose.
