Now might be a good time to explain how dying works.
You die at -5 HP, but when you're dropped, you continue to take damage equal to the attack that dropped you until it's healed or you perish. Healing reduces this amount.
I might bump this to dying at -10, but that seems a little excessive. I'll probably also allow some sort of don't-die-on-your-own check.
