Who to recruit?

I'm at the point in the game where I badly need some people who start out with the gun skill. The only problem is, I don't know any Liberals or Moderates that have the gun skill. I could kidnap some police officers, but that's far too risky.

Gang Members tend to have gun skills, and sometimes even come with guns. Not that the guns and their gun skills tend to match up very often....

How high is their gun skill? I need some people with mid range gun skill because there's probably going to be a raid very soon.

You aren't really going to know that untill you recruit them. Skill levels are randomized in LCS.

There's more than one method to kidnap, if it says 'All the targets are too dangerous' then just get someone with seduction and a gun to go on a date and kidnap the Conservatives.

Try seducing random people. You will get the skill pretty quick! Do not leave until you get your first date or until your seduction skill says X.99+. Or prostitution.

You could also send a bunch of hippies with 20 music skill and some guitars to play epic riffs to them, and then date them, or talk about issues to them. Or Liberal Judges with maxed out persuasion. Or eminent scientists, or... You got the point.
