Bill S.978 is a bill that will make lets plays illegal. the bill says that any copyrighted matierial cannot be put on the web, ANY KIND of copyrighted matierial, songs, tv shows, and games without specific permission from the creator of that show game etc. if you so as much upload a video of you and your friends singing a song like pokerface, you will be sent to jail. if you upload a video of say, half-life 2 without specific permission from valve, you will be sent to jail.
