Well, great. One of their easy marks is Facebooking, but I don't want to fall back into social networking again just to get a ticket, and I have a feeling that TF2 and Counterstrike's are just going to be brutal on any servers.

Yeah, today's pretty shit. I think I'll be hosting a non-dedicated Counter Strike server to get the achievement, though. Anyone want in? We need at least fourteen players. :|

I bought X3 as a non-steam copy, because I like discs- is there a way to use the DLC from Steam for it?

Hee hee, I just redeemed tickets for the AI War DLC and I don't even own AI War yet.

As a side note, the Dwarfs!? achievement is pretty easy to get(although it has the wrong description at the moment).  Its just hit 10 targets in a row.  The spacechem one isn't too hard either if you are already familiar with how the game works.  (otherwise it might be challenging)

Does it have a CD key?

Only, I think, an online registration key (interestingly the box totes, "DRM Free!")

Try clicking on "Add a Game" on the bottom left and putting it in there. It might work.

I managed to get Steam to recognize it. Pro: I can get the Steam overlay and DLC. Con: It wants me to download the install ("Maybe LaterTM").

Can someone explain the "summer Son" to me? Is it win 3 battles in the summer season without a single loss or 3 battles in the same summer turn?

I play adventure mode because it's hard and when I play, I am too.
I believe we're talking about full scale colonisation here.  You don't just leave all your shit in the van when you move house.

I dont have enough tickets yet, but I have 4 different prizes actually usable. Most definately getting the SpaceChem one, then if I get enough the magicka map, and lastly I might get the golden ship for Beat Hazard. Ill be damned if I get a pair of sunglasses for TF2 though.

EDIT: Wait a minute, theres an actual game there.
