True, but it did mean that the U.S. got a Sodium Harvester much sooner than they otherwise would have and after all the tech in question doesn't really hurt the US for other nations to have it as well. Plus the EU gave everyone terraforming tech free of charge.
Speaking of Sorium Harvesting would you be willing to increase the frequency at which gas giants have Sorium deposits I think that it will lead to a more interesting game play and allow for quicker expansion.
Space Orders:
--SV Gallileo will now stay in orbit around Earth as the first Space Museum.
--Send one Mass Driver and all our Automated Mine to Hyperion using civilians freighters. We need the Neutronium.
--Send all our OSR-232 to Jupiter.
--Once the Infrastructure is ready, use civilian freighters to send it to Titan.
Production Orders:
-Shipyards:
--Produce OSR-232s until further notice. Give one of the first to the United States.
--Produce 12 more Poleaxe, then start upgrading Broadswords to Poleaxe.
--Expand our Warlock Shipyard to 10,000 tons, then retool it to produce our new science vessel.
--Retool the 3,000 tons naval shipyard to produce Exxon Valdez tanker (see description in "research"), and produce one.
-Factories:
--Set 30% of our industry to build construction factories, 40% convert mines to automated and 30% to:
--Construct 4 mass drivers
--Construct 50 Infrastructure
--Construct Research Labs
-Ground Forces:
--Train a total of 4 Brigade HQ, one Division HQ, 4 Replacement Battaillon and 12 Heavy Assault Battaillon. Organize them in 4 Brigade of 3 Heavy Assault Battaillon and 1 Replacement Battaillon. Name the Division the 1st Assault Division and name the Brigade Alpha, Bravo, Charlie and Delta
Research Orders:
--Split our research labs:
---6 under our best EW specialist will research better lasers. As soon as we have all the techs for the Jump Drive, they will research a Commercial Drive able to transport a 10,000 tons ship, then continue whatever they were working on.
---6 will research better fuel production, then research rate, then construction rates.
--Once the Shipyard is ready design the Newton Science Vessel. It should use commercial engines, weigh 10,000 tons, have both Grav and Geo sensors, some armor and PD lasers.
--Once the Jump Drive is ready design a Mule civilian tender, who will weight 10,000 tons, have the civilian jump drive, at least 6 armor and enough fuel and spare part to support a Newton class science vessel for years.
--Also design a small tanker, able to transport 500,000 liters of fuel for use between Earth and Saturn. Name it Exxon Valdez. It should be under 3,000 tons and use civilians engines.
