Just buy a few WS advances, it did wonders for Kael.

Unless you're using guns, then get BS advances.
Also, with as much EXP as we have, you're bound to buy things you'll never use. Too much EXP, not enough skills/talents.
I have 23 advancements that I've never used, for example.
Also, one duplicate. Yay, 100 more EXP with which I got Marksman. 270m Heavy Bolter aw yeah.

Alright, I've begun to create my BC character for the hell of it. and I may have hit a snag.
As a chaos marine, do you start with Weapons Training (Legion)? I would rather not spend my 500 starting EXP just so I use my weapons.
Also, I can get tier 2 talents during character creation, right? And we start at rank 1 or something? How do you determine when you rank up?
Also, rolling max on weapon skill all day erry day.

My questions are irrelevant now, I've found the answers.

Anyway, finished creating my character. Decided to go with Khorne and not Unaligned.
Needless to say, he is a melee combat rapist especially on the charge.

My Black Crusade character uses a melee weapon AND a ballistic weapon. Got the Ambidextrous talent. The reason why is because I rolled almost the same damn number for both BS and WS; so the idea, just came naturally. All I need is a hellpistol or a las pistol hell maybe even I could take a auto pistol, I got a power mace so I got a melee weapon.

Wait, Noise Marine concert. Noise Marines are Slaaneshi, I'm Khornate... well my INT is 14 and WILL 14 I could have been tricked into going. Or god forbid drugged. And I'm noticing most people are going to be Chaos Space Marines. My renegade is going to be over shadowed a bit.
