Hummm. it says that adding an extra grip removes the -20 penalty for wielding a weapon with one hand, but it doesn't affect dual wielding does it?

It only says it removes the penalty for firing one handed, so it'd let you treat things like autostubbers, as revolver stubbers for the purpose of dual wielding, as I understand it from the rulebook.

I vote for IRC.

HEAVILY UPDATED CHARACTER SHEET.
ATOMIC, I SUGGEST YOU CHECK IT OUT.

Sorry about caps, I just wanted to try and make sure I got your attention.
Just checking, is anyone willing to spot me 200 thrones? I need it for Enforcer Light Carapace.
It's fine if you can't, I'll just need to wait 2 months until I can afford it on my own.

Ummm, as a person?! I'm pretty sure for these guys they'll all read something like,
'Cold-hearted, emotionless killer, fanatically devoted to the Emperor. Likes: The Emperor, spreading the Emperor's will, burning heretics. Dislikes: Heretics. Xenos. Witches. Mondays. Anything out of the ordinary.'

:P By the way, if you need anyone to play a short-lived heretic goon, look no further than yours truly! :D

I'll give some thought to that.

I just want to see how the group will interact.

Alaric Constantine is a thoughtful, but not too thoughtful person. He's not a believer in black and white situations, being raised in a gang. He was taught to kill by the gang. He puts his trust in his two prized weapons, his hunting rifle (Mark, he calls it), and his longlas, which he has not named yet. He has defaced them, his hunting rifle with a row of crosses and then aquilas, for his kills. Crosses for his gang kills, aquilas for his kills with the Inquisition.

While he has a knife and a sword, and these are well crafted weapons, he does not trust his skill with them (though in truth, he is as proficient a fighter up close as from a distance), and so only uses them if absolutely necessary.

He is extremely paranoid, and never tells anyone about his years in the gang. The inquisitor knows all of what has happened, however. He has not chosen to tell the others, yet. Whether this will change is still to be seen.

The knife is a special one. For those who know, it is clearly a psykana mercy knife, the sort of knife used by psykers as a last chance way to halt a daemonic possession. Why he has it, where he got it, and the fate of the rightful owner, are unknown to all but himself, the inquisitor, and the psyker themself.

Severine is fully devoted to the Omnissiah, and her cause as an Imperial Acolyte.
She sees people as very advanced machines, and sees it as her duty to repair them as she would any other machine, as long as the person is devoted to the God-Emperor or Omnissiah. She sees heretics as tech-heresy, to be destroyed with the greatest contempt. As often as possible, Severine repairs tech if it is broken, because leaving any machine damaged is an affront to the Omnissiah, and no matter what she does in her life, her devotion to the Omnissiah and the Adeptus Mechanicus comes above all else.
She treats machines and people equally, for she sees people as the most complex machines. She doesn't exactly do well in tense social situations because of this.
About the only thing that makes her anger build is when a person treats a piece of tech wrongly, and vice versa. She tries her best to quell their differences for the time being when this happens. If she can't change the situation, she labels both as heretics, and attempts to kill or destroy them.

EDIT:
Modified my sheet/advancements.
I can't use bolt pistols, but I know more about the Mechanicum.

List modified to the proper starting XP and format.

And Yoink.. I already suggested Deathwatch for that, they said it wasn't RP-y enough. xD

Bayzid is an observant Arbitrator that believes in disarming situations before they have a chance to explode. Despite professing the virtues of this approach, the time and devotion he spends practicing with his firearms can be easily noted by anyone who shares more than an acquaintance with him.

His intuition and approachable nature have caught the eye of both his superiors in the Arbitres and the Inquisition, the former having used him in the condition of an investigator on several occasions. Bayzid prefers it that way, as though he's loathe to admit it, he has just enough stomach in fights to not run away screaming. His quiet pride, loyalty to his brothers in misfortune, and utter contempt for criminals are often what keeps him from doing as such.

PS: I vote IRC

Right, incoming transmission from the cruiser Exuro Cupiditas

Patching you through....

Acolytes. This is Inquisitor Vis Ignea speaking. You have been chosen to represent His Holiness' Enflamed Ones in the Calixis sector. Your first assignment is a training run, aboard my ship, a combination assault course, and live-fire training ground. Your opponents are captured Chaos cultists. They are armed. They are dangerous. And we've prefilled the flamer tanks. Don't keep me waiting.

END TRANSMISSION.
