no, it's for your starting stats, everything starts at 25, and you can add up to 20 to any score for a maximum of 45 points, using no more than 100 points to increase them. THEN, increase yourselves appropriate to your class and background choices.

Info: Severine was orignially 5 foot 4, but her implants boosted her to 5 foot 7. She has many, many, mechanical implants, but she has vowed not to
do anything to her eyes that isn't reversable. Everyone she knew always praised her for her beautiful eyes. Her family is probably still
prospering, with no deaths for around 200 years. Severine hails from a long family of tech-priests, from a shrine world dedicated to the Omnissiah.
Severine is the fifth child in her family to become a tech-priest, out of seven. Her father, Acerus, provides maintenance to servitors and the main
chapel's machines, and her mother, Promia, serves as a tech-magos on the Imperial Frigate Fire of Purgitation.

Changed money amount. I bought a Utility Mechandrite, because what's a Tech Priest without at least one Mechandrite? If you want me to roll for it, I'll roll for it in our first game.

Where are your advancements? You start off with 400xp, but I'm pretty sure we get to spend 1900xp because we're starting at rank 3. Also, you get your monthly salary for every 400xp you have spent. You can also spend your Thrones before the game starts, at least I haven't been told we can't.

I took the lazy route and posted the skills & talents after the advancements. I'm slightly dyslexic, so I tend to take shortcuts when the amount of characters to process rises above a certain threshold.

Also, I'll wait for the GM's word on the topic of max XP, and change the sheet if needed.
