Background: Stetson's past is a strange one, the only real consistent part of it is his birthplace, the Hiveworld of Praetoria. Any records to why he came to a quaint little place like this is up for debate, other than a long forgotten story of him being caught by Scintilla's Adeptus Arbites, which might have attributed to his hate of them.

Then there was the incident within the estate of House Crusoe, an esteemed group of Hive Nobles. Well, once esteemed, considering the estate and remaining members were destroyed by two psykers and many exploding promethium barrels.

And now, here on Jamboree, Stetson seeks to further his skill as a master thief.

So, would you mind if I joined in? I've already got a basic idea for my character (although it was planned for Black Crusade, dunno if that vote means it will be kept, it should be easy enough to carry over though).

Specifically, Mr. Delt Hannd is a very perverted ex-Guard who got caught for peeping on a female commisar who was showering and was set to be executed until he was 'rescued' by Chaos forces. He (with your permission) has the unique property of a mirror which has been through unknown means been made completely indestructible. He can't block anything with it, but it can be used to peek around corners (or under robes/skirts ) safely and with a shot at it as a miniscule(? whichever one is -30) object las-bolts smaller than Heavy can be reflected off it (which itself is up to your discretion) and Hannd himself usually acts as a scout.

Throw balance out the window, and go with things you think are cool while also manageable.
Also, I'd say that was pretty much all Jax (and I, when it came to suppression) whining. The encounter was fine, and entertaining to watch.
It wasn't bad balance on your part, it was a rather bad roll for their force shield.

Lonam must die is HARDER than what we've been playing! Black Crusade is normal! Deathwatch is...a bit lower I think. The difficulty we've BEEN playing on is Black Crusade. YOU WANT TO GO HIGHER!?!

Also I realized something, I fudged up. Big time. In char gen. I only took Ambidextrous and Takedown for my Talents portion...when I have a metric fuckton of others.

Deathwatch is slightly harder than you've been playing actually. LMD is player equivalent opponents being prevalent. You'll need to outthink and outmanoeuvre them, and me. I won't pull bullshit, but I also won't pull punches like I did last week.

That actually sounds fun, depending on how harsh it will be... I like having to actually think about what I'm doing. Even if I'm not very good at it. But if it's super hard then it stops being fun. *shrugs* I get connected to the chars, what can I say.
