Legion Name: Children of Technology (Formed out of Tech Priests and Skitarii, recruiting worlds are Mars and Sevs homeworld. Skitarii are battlebrothers, the ranks of Tech Priests are the officers and such.)
Legion Flaws: Can only recruit techpriests and skitarii.
Legion Geneseed quirk: Needs constant electrical current or the Catalepsean Node goes into overdrive.

From the new Primarch Questor Jovannes Jakobi came the new Legion of Space Marines. Thanks to the revival of the Emperor; new geneseed techniques were made to extend the recruiting base of the Space Marines. The Astartes of Questor are far different from most. This is because the process in which Questor became a Primarch was far different than what happened to the other, new Primarchs. Questor was imbued with psyker powers rivaling that of Magnus the Red when it was over. Because of this, Questor's intelligence was increased ten fold. Reason and humility was replaced with logic and heartlessness. And he modeled his Astartes so. First, he demanded that the Inquisition give him ninety percent of all Psykers taken in the Black Ships who are male. Then, he formed his Legion out of Sanctioned Psykers at hand and the new Psykers being given to him by the Inquisition.

The Blind Guardians they are named, for each and every one of them are blind. Though the see and interact with this material world in a manner we can barely understand. They are akin to Astro-Paths in this regard. Every time Questor finds worthy recruits he brings them before the Emperor. The Emperor's power, unleashed upon the Psykers has a chance to either completely destroy them, or greatly empower them. Those who survive this process are inducted into the Blind Guardians.

Then these now blind Neotypes are taken to the Legion of Primarch Severine. There they download knowledge straight to the minds of the Neotypes. Thanks to their psyker capabilities and their empowerment given to them by the Emperor this process is easy say the least. The training process pours years of combat experience into each Neotype. Finally after it is all done; new Blind Guardians are born. Each one a powerful psyker, they excel in combating the forces of Chaos. Although they have an extreme hatred towards the foul Eldar. Attacking Craftworlds at random to gain their knowledge. If Questor does not know of the Black Library yet, he soon will in time. Each Blind Guardian is a scribe, and keeper of knowledge. Each one keeps his own private library inside his head, each one able to recite history going as far back as to the the year 001.M1.

Battle Cry:   Into the Storm!

Homeworld:   Terra(Fleet Based Chapter)
Strength:   ~5000

Major Change in the Imperium: Taking 90% of all Black Ship Psyker holds

Quirk: Pride(Believing they are the best that humanity has to offer, the perfection of evolution)
Geneseed Corruption: Limited Recruiting Base(Even though the Black Ships provide numbers, they still must find Psykers who have a chance of surviving the Emperor's glory and even a slimmer chance of living though it.)

"So Kael, what're you gonna do?"
"I'M GONNA GO BACK HOME AND LIVE IN THE MANUFACTORUM."
"...You can't be serious."
"I fuckin' love manufactorums."

Kael's Goal(S):
-Make the friggin' manufactora more efficient and not always require legions of workers.
-Friggin' all.

Kael's Legion: ((INSERT NUMBER HERE)) Conglomerate. Really. It's just a bunch of Guardsmen. He doesn't like Space Marines.

Emil's Goals:
-Be constantly disgruntled Severine took everything he devoted his life to.
-Promote the works of Genetors, possibly to the point of creating a group separate to the Mechanicus for them.
-Promote further exploration of unknown space.
-Break down the huge fuckin' barriers between the rich and the poor.
-Promote further learning into what use to be unknown.
-Make those frakkin' Scholas not so brainwashy.

Emil's Legion: Steel Talons, after something his Father said about his family's insignia. Trained in Emil's philosophy, constantly deadpan snarking.

Legion name: The Soulless.

Made up of Untouchables and Pariahs.

Specialising in terror attacks. They are given the same training and enhancements as Space Marines and Eversor assassins.

Legion Flaws: Recruited only from Untouchables and Pariahs.
Legion Geneseed Quirks: Require a constant stream of calming drugs or else they go into a berserker rage. However, they have been indoctrinated sufficiently that they don't kill people in the Legion's armour.

Imperium changing acts.

1. Commissar-Inquisitors. Attached to all Space Marine units with far ranging powers to eliminate traitors. They are, for some unknown reason, not attached to the Soulless.

2. Develop a process for making a psyker into a Blank.

I'll figure out how do get this line in the next session in somehow. It's: "I've experienced this scenario a thousand times, in my head. Most of them I've won."

So, Atomic, will Jess be in the Slaaneshi bar when the others get inside?

I actually thinking one of two ways she is brought to the group:

1. We find her in the rubble, Fatarse puts a explosive collar on her.

2. We bring her into the group for the purpose of helping us get into the bar. Primarily making sure Lonam doesn't fuck up when he goes into the bar to help cause a distraction.

Also we have a plan.

Alaya(Taricus) who has smuggled a gun in shall stay in the bar. Friesden and Stavos will come out of the bar. They will then get to adjacent building, dig underneath it to get to the Bar's cellar. Then they'll plant bombs in the cellar. To cover the noise, me, Alaya, and Jess will be making a lot of noise. I will have attempted to bring in a grenade hidden in my pants btw. To make a lot of noise we'll be paying off noise marines to play journey, causing a bar fight, a little bit of this and that. Then Friesden and Stavos blow up the bottom, I chunk my grenade, and Alaya begins to fire her bolter at the survivors. Stavos will hand me and Jess our weapons.

Anything I miss, Dsarker, News, Phantom?

Well, to give us more time, maybe they should play "Daemon Princes Of The Universe" by Norn-Queen?

The part you missed was where I plant enough explosives to kill everyone in the bar, thus gaining the fatality XP to get far ahead of everyone else :P
