Jack A T looks shocked.

"...John Wan...no...not this again...he's not supposed to be here...whyisheherewhyisheherewhyishehere..."

[mcclay]

Wan looked charmingly over at Jack "hello A T, long time no see eh." before turing back to Newsmuffin "I belive we do."

[Kadzar]

"If you will excuse me, Master Bdthemag, I am sure Master Kadzar will be quite interested to learn of your arrival."

With that, Dorian heads off to the adjacent den.

[Jack A T]

Jack A T stands up.  Slowly.

"Why, hello, John.  I must wonder...why are you here?  Your...handlers...certainly wouldn't allow you in here unless they wanted you to do something.  Are you here to try to drive me into financial ruin again?"

[mcclay]

"not you but maybe someone else, do not leak anything about about who I am or I may change my mind, run along now." he said in a charming whisper.

[NewsMuffin]

"Come come, Master Wan, right this way!"
NewsMuffin puts his arm around John and ushers him into a private room.
"Mother said you'd be here. I'm here to 'help' you 'get rid of' Master Mag. He is a good friend of mine, but I agree that he needs to be taken down a notch. I have access to his personal records, and financial accounts."
NewsMuffin pulls out a USB drive and hands it to John.
"This should have everything else you need to know."

[Jack A T]

Jack returns to his story. "Okay, back to my story.  Well, JFK wasn't going to get shot by anyone.  Not with that secret agent person defending him.  This secret agent looked kind of like John Wan, but slightly more charming.  Well, that's when JFK called in reinforcements and I hijacked a police car to chase down the thieves.  Of course, I had to bring that Tom Lehrer CD of mine..."

Jack continues telling his story.

[mcclay]

"hmm, usually when people say they have buiness with me and take me into a back room thry try to kill me,  have to say this is nice for a change."Double seven 0 said as he took the files. "Is there anything that you can tell me about BD before I go after him, anything that might help me?"
(more Charming than John Wan, I doubt it! )

[NewsMuffin]

"Please, just don't kill him. He is a very good friend of mine."
With that, NewsMuffin rejoins the party.

[Heron TSG]

Barbarossa chuckled to himself as he pulled the cord of his dinner jacket. Time had run out for old Kadzar. The entire western wing of Kadzar's mansion had erupted in glorious flame, leaving the thickly bearded man to drive off in his newly acquired Rolls Royce. It was good to be the bad guy.

[mcclay]

Wan looked out to the burning wing of the manor and let out an amazing Wan one~liner "crap"
((going to bed, G'night))

[Jack A T]

"And that's when the thieves' car, like, exploded, and...why do I smell smoke?"

Jack looked around the eastern parlor, noticing a little bit of smoke coming from the west.

"Oh dear."

((Same.  Good night, everyone.))

[Heron TSG]

((I won't be around for any immediate responses as I too shall be sleeping. Just pretend I went to my lair or something.))

"Bwahahahaha!"

[Kadzar]

((While I don't mind wanton destruction, in the future, before you do anything that could be considered exciting, please build up to it somewhat. Either talk about how you're going to do it or be seen by the audience prepare for what your going to do. As I said in the OP, there really shouldn't be a lot of actual action going on. I guess it may have looked like an afterthought, but it's an important part of the genre.))

(A little bit before the explosion)
"Sir, Master Bdthemag has just arrived to the party."

"What!?! You let him in?"

"I'm sorry sir, but I could not simply send a man of his social stature away."

"I know. Just because you did what had to be done doesn't mean I have to like it.

"I suppose I'll have to go out and make chitchat with him, won't I? Even after all that man 's done to me, I have to act civil around him. Well, the joke will be on him when I kidnap his secret illegitimate son and hold him for ransom."

"Sir, you've spoken of Master Bdthemag's illegitimate son to me before, but you never told me who he is."

"Alright, I'll tell you, but don't speak a word of this to anyone. Bdthemag's secret illegitimate son is-"

Suddenly, the explosion from the western wing is heard, which muffles Kadzar's speech.

[Digital Hellhound]

Scene change, outside of villa. A black limousine pulls up, and the driver opens the door. Someone gets out. Slow pan upwards, starting from the feet. An upper-class woman, clad in expensive furs and silks, is revealed.

'Thank you, Henri.' she says to her driver. Close-up of face. She seems to be in her 30's. Her dark brown hair reaches just to her shoulders. She has that certain predatory look to her eyes.

The woman strides to the villa door, and smiles at Dorian the butler.

'Please tell them Ms. Helene Chaput has arrived, dear. I'm on the list, naturally.'

EDIT: ((Wait, all-male cast? What's the point of that? Any soap opera needs a love triangle or two.))
