[Kadzar]

Kadzar and Felipe make their way out the door and onto the lawn to join the rest of the crowd. Kadzar approaches Bdthemag.

"Bdthemag, I know we've had our differences and spent several decades trying to kill each other, but, since my house just burnt down, I need to ask you a favor: can I stay with you for a while? There's no way I can stand the squalor of a five star hotel while I wait for my staff to find me a new house that looks exactly like my old one. You're the only person in town whose estate can match the lifestyle to which I am accustomed. And, frankly, I grow tired of our constant battles. What do you say we bury the hatchet?"

[Bdthemag]

"Of course, you know I can't turn down a request for help my good friend. You can stay at my one of my many mansions."

[mcclay]

"Well this was fun and all but  i've got a palne to~" he catches sight of Helene "Why hello there" he charmingly purrs. (now he soubds a bit fey.. oh well.)

[Kadzar]

"You offer to put me up in one of your lesser mansions, as if I were some idiot cousin? You know I have several of my own. Why won't you have me stay in your personal residence? It almost seems as if you still want this feud to go on."

[Jack A T]

The mountie glances around, and runs up to Kadzar.

"Sorry to interrupt you, but you're Kadzar, right?  Do you know anything about the fire?"

[Kadzar]

"You should be sorry for interrupting me, what with you being obviously quite poor while I'm talking to someone else who's almost as rich and powerful as myself. I don't know anything about the fire other than the fact that it used to be my mansion."

[Jack A T]

The mountie continues. "Interesting.  Do you know of anyone who would want your house destroyed?  And, before you ask why I'm interested, I'm Officer Jacques A T of the RCMP."

Jack seems shocked.  "...the fuck?"

[Kadzar]

"Yes, everyone I know constantly seeks my downfall. Obviously you have no idea what it's like to be ridiculously wealthy. And I don't care what you're name is; you're obviously quite too poor to be speaking to me. If you have any more questions, ask Felipe over there; he's more your social class."

[Jack A T]

Jacques takes out his badge.  "I believe this is within my jurisdiction.  This is part of Canada, right?  Now, give some names.  Now."

Jack turns to Jacques, and starts slowly walking towards him.

[Kadzar]

"While I refuse to anymore acknowledge the existence of someone of your socioeconomic status, I will say to the air that this is America, as for as I know."

[Jack A T]

Jacques relaxes, and puts back his badge.  "...Oh."  He then turns to Felipe, stares for a few seconds, takes out a memo, rereads it, and puts it back.  "Ahem.  You are Felipe S. Vega, correct?"

[Kadzar]

"Maybe. Who want to know? You're not a cop, are you?"

[Jack A T]

Jacques facepalms.  "...Americans...My RCMP uniform indicates that I am, in no way, a police officer."

Jack finishes his slow, slow walk.  "Jacques.  I did not expect to see you outside of Canada, old brother."

[Kadzar]

"I don't know, maybe you're undercover or something. Well, cop or not, I know my rights. You're not allowed to search me without a warrant."

[Jack A T]

Jacques smiles.  "Yes, I'm obviously an American cop undercover as a Canadian cop, of course...yeah, I'm just a Canadian cop.  However, I do have one thing..."

Jacques pulls an arrest warrant out of his pocket.  "Felipe S. Vega, this is a warrant for your arrest.  International warrant.  Secret international warrant. Which I assure you isn't forged.  You sold cocaine to my father.  He died of an overdose.  YOU KILLED MY FATHER.  I've been hunting you down for the last three years.  And now, I finally have my chance."

Jacques takes out a handgun.  "Felipe S. Vega, you're under arrest.  At last."
