I think thats the first time I ever got a Epic tribute in a RTD.

Oomph explores forward!

Edit: Also, I should say I'm really enjoying the illustrations as well. They add a bit of life to the game.  :D

I'm glad people are enjoying everything so far. Everything in this RTD is highly experimental and always changing. I find that's the best way to GM anything -- if it doesn't work, stop doing it. Like the team system. That was useless and unnecessary, so I removed it.

Down the road I'll figure out how to make combat a little more interesting and strategic than just choosing the move with the most advantages and least setbacks. Especially since, as it stands, low level magic is not that much greater than a regular attack (it is by a little though).

Turn 18 1/3 done. Going to volunteer some here in a bit then finish it when I'm back. Meanwhile, some of you guys are more oriented towards giving commands than roleplaying, so could you come together give me a general idea of your characters' personalities? Interests? Likes/dislikes? It would really help writing results for some of the characters.

Here's what I've got now:

Taric: The Hero. He knows how powerful he is, and isn't afraid to face a challenge bigger than himself.
Red: Confident, but not a huge risk taker. Prefers to follow his friends' lead.
Bradley: Doesn't understand his own strength, and is scared of anything that he believes could cause him harm. Prefers to hide behind others. Has a number of phobias, including vacuum cleaners.
Oomph: Takes serious business in stride. Enjoys messing around with anyone, including his "friends". A little dim-witted, but strong. Believes in his own luck.
Fuzz: (I don't have much on Fuzz, so I've made him into a slight worrywart who cares about his friends and prefers to be led rather than lead).

Those are accurate. I would add the following things.

Oomph isn't so much a leader as he likes to charge in one direction, vaguely hoping others will follow in his destructive wake.
He likes to change/destroy things as a way of self expression. Ex. being the roots and the Orb. If he can't use it, he'll make it useful to him through force.
He obviously enjoys and respects acts of phsyical prowess.
His dimness makes him nearly immune to fear and self doubt.
He has a love of Gold, but he likes the challenge of finding it more than spending it. He's quite charitable to his friends.
A natural explorer, he prefers to poke and prod and search compulsively in areas that seem interesting to him. If it seems boring, he charges on through.

Fuzz has a deep sense of loyalty, and dislikes travelling alone.
He also places little value in the lives of the "enemy", whoever that happens to be at the time.
He dislikes putting himself in danger, but enjoys the thrill of battle.
He is conservative with his money, and just a little lazy.
