You can tell how much thought I pay to the waitlist players by how I forget who they are and which order they come in.

Here's a list of people who signed up for the waiting list in (descending) order from first to last with links to their signup posts because I felt like it. Sure, there was already a list, but now you don't have to wade through any posts to find them again! Unless you wand through posts to find this post again. Eventually this thread will graduate from being a normal-sized backyard swimming pool -- the kind you have to have built into the ground -- to a public swimming pool. Not the cheap, free ones, the ones where you have to pay to get it.

Be the first to enter the pipe. Check if there is a fire flower left around.

Turn 23

Location: Forest of Piranha Plants (various)
Time: Morning
Weather: Cool
Light: Sun almost up

Turn Intro

The Piranha Plant is dead. Rejoice! But the team's greatest challenge yet still awaits them. How will King Piranha feel about them? Will he be angry? Peaceful? Informative? Difficult to please? Only time will tell.

Out of combat

Turn results

Taric: Onwards!

There's only one way to go from here! You head to the room with the Podoboos (who stare at you, amazed by your shiny armor's reflective properties in the light of the lava). Before you can even think, Red takes a running leap and flies down the pipe before you!

Then you jump to the top of the pipe like a plumber, and push downwards. In a moment, you find yourself in a room with a large green door and an already-hit Question Box. Hmm... you have a feeling you're forgetting something. Wait, the green key! You left it back in the glass room where you transformed!

You suddenly get the feeling that you're only a minute or so away from losing your Super Form.

Red: Head down the pipe before anyone else!

Done and done! In fact, you're so fast that not only did you make it in before anyone else, you also grabbed the Green Key! That was good of you. You had just seen it lying around as you passed by. Boy, everything sure goes faster when you have your own pair of wings! (Even if it does mean hitting a wall sometimes)

Bradley: Take the opportunity to head down the pipe.

You float down the pipe after Taric, who headed down it himself after Red did. At least you're not last in line for once! On the other side, you slap your forehead when you realize you missed the Green Key yet again. However, Red knows what you're looking for. He waves the large key your way. Whew!

On a further examination of your surroundings, you notice a Save Point! Common sense dictates to you, though, that Save Points always come before something dangerous. Oh no!

Oomph: Heal Fuzz.

You wave your arms around a bit in attempting to cast Heal on Fuzz, creating magical healing sparkles around you. However, you miscast, and a bunch of the sparkles get in your eyes! Arrrggh, it burns! Those are supposed to be an abstraction! You fail what you were attempting to do entirely. Your brain feels healed, though.

Spoiler: Critical Healure (click to show/hide)

Fuzz: Join the others on the other side of the pipe.

You think it's very nice of Oomph to attempt to heal you, but it's pretty clear that he's not brainy enough to be casting dangerous healing spells. You muffle a laugh for a moment and wish you could capture and image Oomph critically miscasting forever, but instead you head down the pipe with the others. They're all in the umpteenth generic forest clearing you've seen when you get there. Looks like only Oomph is who's left to wait on.

Spoiler: What awaits them? (click to show/hide)

Spoiler: Red (Darvi) (click to show/hide)

Spoiler: Oomph (Dwarmin) (click to show/hide)

Turn Outro

Nearly the whole crew is lined up, and Red has the key. What awaits them behind the green door? Will Oomph be able to catch up? Yes, he probably will. With the team in gear again, they're ready to face any challenge... together.

Bradley gave the save point a nervous fistbump, then looked towards the door. "All right... let's s-see what's behind t-this," he said, holding the hammer in both hands and floating around just above Taric, figuring it would be best to stay near the super-powered Koopa.

Thus, the years of Koopaball accidents that had robbed Oomph of his intellect were healed, as if by miracle! Somehow, he's still self monologuing out loud though.

"Amazing. My head feels a lot better now. My reduced mental faculties are fading rapidly, as my consciousness expands to reveal new truth and insight.

Though, I posit I may have lost some of my inherent boldness, such is the curse of a heightened awareness of being and the folly of truly understanding mortality, alas.

I can stop referring to myself in third person now. Oomph I am, but Oomph is not what defines me.

Also, I have decided I will still indulge in chicanery against Bradley, for the obvious enjoyment it brings it me."

Action: Manifest Smart Monocle
Traipse down the pipe forthwith!
Try to heal Fuzz when I get down?
