DFTerm2's development has stopped, but DFMP is still alive and well. I may start looking into DFTerm2's code and see if I can improve it any, and make it active again.

Woah, this is awesome.

I checked a little that one game in Putnam's server. Is it possible for "normal" users to host games too? Or do you have to be a host of the server to host a game?

The thing is, if you "host" a game, it starts up on *my* computer. Right now, I only have one allowed to be open. I may increase that number if it's possible, but right now, I don't think it's viable.

But yeah, if I'm not around, anyone can open a new slot for the game.

At this moment, there is Putnam's server active.

Just run "Putnam (font).bat" from the folder DFMP. Double click it. It should work.

Shut it down for now (again) due to VAC concerns; either I run it on a low-performance computer with very little RAM or have a chance of getting VAC banned, so...

The Linux download has been updated with Putnam's server info, as well as some fixes for font issues and removing unnecessary files.

Enjoy!

Putnam, what's the issue with VAC?

There isn't one. I was making sure of that in the meantime.

Wow, didn't think multiplayer vanilla would be that hardcore. I except the challenge. I shall build my first vanilla megaproject here, and all assistance will be appreciated.

Yup, and as soon as me says that, the last somehow intact server promptly goes down. Really?
