If you can hold out until the next migrant wave everything will be fine.

Build a new fort and if someone is up to it drain the old one.

Posting to mark for later persual. sorry a bit busy watching blackadder.
Best excuse ever.

Took a look at it and not sure if it's salvagable. The mayor is the only living dwarf (or I guess he was made the mayor after everyone drowned) and he's miserable.

I think I'mma sig this, K?

Sounds like an average day. Rebuild and survive until the next migrant wave.

Nah, this fort won't survive. The mayor cracked already (he's beginning to patrol the bloated corpses lying around). He's also starving because he can't reach food and hunting for vermin. He's being followed around by dozens of ghosts, which will probably not help his mood. I'm gonna unpause until the fort crumbles.

Gotta make sure those bloated corpses don't try to revolt.

The registry and server 1 are going down for a while.  Moving to a new house (yay!).  Muiro's server is still up so feel free to play there :)

It may be a few weeks before everything is unpacked and online again.  Sorry for the downtime guys, gals, and dwarves.

EDIT:
The windows download link has changed to: http://sourceforge.net/projects/dfmp/files/Windows/DFMP.zip/download
The linux download link is still the same: http://sourceforge.net/projects/dfmp/files/Linux/DFMP.tar.gz/download

awww.  I'm getting the same as well.  Sorry guys :(

Unless someone can throw together a backup, dfmp will temporarily down for some weeks.

Well, someone had managed to get their own server going for a few hours tonight. Ickum-MG on Steam. Was doing it for his personal friends, apparently, though I don't think anyone else explicitly asked if they could join.

he did say that is was a private setup, and that not just anyone could join, iirc.

I'll see about setting up a server, for great justice.

UPDATE: Server is up, IP is 137.118.228.246. Port 8000. I'm too lazy to edit the registry manually, so load the settings for Server 1 and your preferred tileset and change the server address to my IP. If something doesn't work, let me know. If my computer explodes while I'm asleep, I will kill you all. With magma.

I went to bed with my computer running Windows, and I woke up to a Linux login prompt. It seems that Windows failed once again. I will probably not be attempting to run a server again, at least not until I can get more RAM for this laptop.
